- Hey guys! I wanted to share 5 quick healthy meals that I make every week. These are very simple recipes and are great for weight loss or a healthy lifestyle. I include some recipes and tips for meal prepping too! Hope you enjoy!

I’ve finally learned to eat oatmeal haha. I tend to put a teaspoon of coconut sugar while the oatmeal is cooking. Then top it with fruit and peanut butter

Was just watching your health video about where you open up about your struggles. I was thinking you had Mast Cell activation syndrome (MCAS) BEFORE you said you have the skin writing issue....which completely confirms to me that you have MCAS. Most doctors are unaware of this condition but your chronic fatigue, pain to certain foods, hyper-allergic responses to insect bugs bites, ibs etc. ALL fit into MCAS. Please look into it!

Lime juice for the win. I love the sandwich idea but I'd add fresh basil leaves, I have a big bush now that's been growing all summer and I add a few leaves on nearly everything.

I like my zucchini noodles just raw. No need to heat them or steam them...when you put your hot chicken and beans on top it warms up the noodles and is perfect :)
