It's hard to eat healthy while living with parents who don't care about being healthy ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ My parents usually make pizza to eat and they always told me I could just eat whenever I was hungry. I NEVER get to go outside unless it's school and then I got a phone. That's when I started binge watching UA-cam videos :'D Update: doing much better now both Physically and Mentally! I've changed me perspective of life and I'm feeling much happier than I was before
シKiaslo for real! Today I came home from college hella tired and hungry and my mum ordered dominoes pizza! I had a whole medium pizza to myself. Now I just feel bloated and bad about it 😑.
You can still make some changes! Try to convince them to buy healthy snacks and foods for you and really push them to help you. It’s not fair that you want to eat better and they don’t. I would try to cut out all the processed foods and cut back on sugar. Eat fruit instead of candy. Try to drink more water and try not to eat too late before bed.
Delaney Martin it depends what you are buying that’s healthy. Chicken breasts and fruit/vegetables arent that pricy. I live in Alaska where most things are expensive. If you have allergies it’s pricy.. I can’t have dairy or wheat. Peanut butter, quinoa can be spendy especially some fruit and vegetables that are out of season. Try to make small changes that you can afford. I’m sorry you have to do this on your own. It’s hard.
Say you’re not hungry when they eat and make your own meals! You can go to the supermarket and buy healthy stuff and Plan ur meals + do home workouts,but make sure u DON‘T undereat ♡´・ᴗ・`♡

Someone I can relate to! It's not that my family bodyshames (at least all the time), it's just really hard to stay healthy the way I want to with a strict mom. Man it's so hard for me to eat plain foods with just salt and pepper and no type of sauce! That's what keeps me from staying on my diet I just can't eat a dry sandwhich or veggies!
gigi nury to control your hunger, i take a handful of nuts and eat them. I don't feel hungry till hours. If you crave sugar, just have it once a week as a cheat meal. If you crave it so much just have eat some honey(the sugary syrup not like sweetie😂)
One thing that helped me was learning restraint over suppression. Rather than trying to get rid of cravings, I would restrain myself. For example, if you really want cookies, have only one. You’ve now gotten rid of that craving and you’re only eating one so it can’t disrupt your diet too much
Drink a cup of water (boiled) and a tablespoon of natural honey (mix the honey in the water) This helps me with not overeating and helps lower my cravings
Basically I'm 14, I used to be fat since I was in Kg. I got bullied so many times, in school, my relatives, even my family. I cried alot, It was so much pain. I felt insecure. My whole childhood was ruined. I'm currently 73 Kg and I'm 150cm. I started a diet 4 days ago And I was 76kg. I lost 3 kg in 4 days which is actually great. My target is 50-55 kg. hopefully I finally can be skinny and have my glow up this year 🤩.

As someone who struggled with weight loss my entire life.. to the pt where i got a gastric by pass surgery. I got pregnant a month after the surgery and i was eating barely 300 calories a day and even so puking it due to morning sickness . However i never felt any better , in my entire life. Or healthy. I was eating clean because i couldnt stand the taste of sugar or oil or carbs or butter . Something unheard of . And now? My current favourite is cucumbers, grape tomatoes, black olives, feta & red onions. I fill up a container and take it to work too. Also a “milkshake” with unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, ice, banana, espresso & a tiny drizzle of honey. I started at 210 and down to 205 in one week :) I’m going to start these too they look absolutely delicious !

A tip for the popcorn, after it's cooked season it while it's still in the popcorn making bowl. Put the lid on and shake it, that way the seasonings will be evenly spread out. Or just season it in the serving bowl so you don't have to wash the popcorn making bowl 😁

3:04 I make something similar to this, it's like avocado toast but with spinach instead of avocado. I cook 4 cups of spinach (just in a pan with olive oil until it's cooked) and one egg (unscrambled, over easy) and put it over toast. Its about 238 calories
As soon as I cut out drinking like 6 cappucinos a day at uni my weight dropped. Coffee with milk is a killer so try black with sweetener if you need to take the bitter taste away
2:01 if you want instead of cooking your scrambled eggs in oil you can use a few table spoons of milk instead :) idk if im the only one that sometimes does that but it works just fine for me

What ever you do you shouldn't do weight lifting until your done growing study's have shown that weight lifting before your body stops developing can cause damage in the process of helping your body grow in height. This is just for height if you want to lose weight at a young age drink more water. It consider drinking any tea you want around snack time. Also I use a water bottle that shows me the number of oz it holds. So I now exactly how much I've drank all day. It will motivate you to drink more water and don't eat last 6 or a few hours before bed get lots of sleep.
Love the apples and yogurt idea. At night my cravings are the worse and I usually eat cereal. I probably still will but this is a good alternative when I’m days when I’m bloated or want something crunchy and different 👍🏼

I wish I could enjoy coffee or tea without sweeteners. I have tried to ween myself off of Splenda to enjoy it but it just was too terrible to me. Maybe I am drinking the wrong coffee.
Try stevia or monkfruit sweeteners, 0 calories (if it's actually JUST the sweetener and not bulked with dextrose or maltodextrin) and no insulin effect :D I'm not keto but Keto Connect has a great video testing "0 calorie sweeteners" along with their insulin effects.

I love roasted veg. Half with protein portion, half with a tortlla pizza. spread some tom puree over brown seeded tortilla then scatter on roasted veggies, ham, herbs and a little grated melting type cheese. Bake for ten mins until base is crispy. Its a must for those craving pizza without the mega calories and it tastes yummy!
One tip a nutritionist told me- serve a large green salad with a low calorie dressing and a big bowl of a brothy vegetable soup before lunch and dinner.

Missy Diamond I personally think it is healthy to allow yourself to cheat once a week. Life is made to be enjoyed as well so please don't feel guilty :)
Personally I don’t think having a cheat day is healthy because having cheat days usually indicates that your diet is not sustainable. What I mean is that you should not want/crave a cheat day if your diet is healthy, sustainable (not restricting) and making you satisfied! :)
Missy Diamond I think you shouldn’t do a cheat day just a cheat meal is the best option because from a cheat day you will get a lot of calories so your diet is basically ruined. A cheat meal is not that harmful. But in my opinion no cheat days or cheat meals are the best option.
Damn. You guys are hardcore. I can eat incredibly healthy, three well balanced, proportional meals and a snack every day. And yet I still crave fried chicken and sweets.
I mean if you eat healthy and workout a lot your metabolism gets better meaning a cheat day won't really make a difference because your body is able to burn it off easier

As someone who struggled with weight loss my entire life.. to the pt where i got a gastric by pass surgery. I got pregnant a month after the surgery and i was eating barely 300 calories a day and even so puking it due to morning sickness . However i never felt any better , in my entire life. Or healthy. I was eating clean because i couldnt stand the taste of sugar or oil or carbs or butter . Something unheard of . And now? My current favourite is cucumbers, grape tomatoes, black olives, feta & red onions. I fill up a container and take it to work too. Also a “milkshake” with unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, ice, banana, espresso & a tiny drizzle of honey. I started at 210 and down to 205 in one week :) I’m going to start these too they look absolutely delicious !

A tip for the popcorn, after it's cooked season it while it's still in the popcorn making bowl. Put the lid on and shake it, that way the seasonings will be evenly spread out. Or just season it in the serving bowl so you don't have to wash the popcorn making bowl 😁

3:04 I make something similar to this, it's like avocado toast but with spinach instead of avocado. I cook 4 cups of spinach (just in a pan with olive oil until it's cooked) and one egg (unscrambled, over easy) and put it over toast. Its about 238 calories

What ever you do you shouldn't do weight lifting until your done growing study's have shown that weight lifting before your body stops developing can cause damage in the process of helping your body grow in height. This is just for height if you want to lose weight at a young age drink more water. It consider drinking any tea you want around snack time. Also I use a water bottle that shows me the number of oz it holds. So I now exactly how much I've drank all day. It will motivate you to drink more water and don't eat last 6 or a few hours before bed get lots of sleep.

I wish I could enjoy coffee or tea without sweeteners. I have tried to ween myself off of Splenda to enjoy it but it just was too terrible to me. Maybe I am drinking the wrong coffee.
Try stevia or monkfruit sweeteners, 0 calories (if it's actually JUST the sweetener and not bulked with dextrose or maltodextrin) and no insulin effect :D I'm not keto but Keto Connect has a great video testing "0 calorie sweeteners" along with their insulin effects.
Also if you're a latte person, unsweetened nut milks are only 25-40 calories for the whole cup!

I love roasted veg. Half with protein portion, half with a tortlla pizza. spread some tom puree over brown seeded tortilla then scatter on roasted veggies, ham, herbs and a little grated melting type cheese. Bake for ten mins until base is crispy. Its a must for those craving pizza without the mega calories and it tastes yummy!

Missy Diamond I personally think it is healthy to allow yourself to cheat once a week. Life is made to be enjoyed as well so please don't feel guilty :)
Personally I don’t think having a cheat day is healthy because having cheat days usually indicates that your diet is not sustainable. What I mean is that you should not want/crave a cheat day if your diet is healthy, sustainable (not restricting) and making you satisfied! :)
Missy Diamond I think you shouldn’t do a cheat day just a cheat meal is the best option because from a cheat day you will get a lot of calories so your diet is basically ruined. A cheat meal is not that harmful. But in my opinion no cheat days or cheat meals are the best option.
Damn. You guys are hardcore. I can eat incredibly healthy, three well balanced, proportional meals and a snack every day. And yet I still crave fried chicken and sweets.
I mean if you eat healthy and workout a lot your metabolism gets better meaning a cheat day won't really make a difference because your body is able to burn it off easier

Thank you for this I'm doing my 20 hr water fast then eat my meal at 2pm I have 4 hrs to finish the meal end eating at 6 pm .Im going to put these meals together for my one meal minus the snacks the rice and bread .i will boil the eggs and have a cup of green tea no sugar or honey.
