I asked the internet how to age gracefully and the answers were surprisingly good! MRO's Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth is currently 20%off and my code: MROANGELAB will STACK for an additional 20%off! - that's 40%off! www.maryruthorganics.com/pages/lp-1-4-bfw-9FPjTK
Exactly, my baby brother was buried on his 25th birthday and my big sister passed at 46, 2.5 years ago. I try to be thankful for everyday. I miss them very much.
At 43 (almost 44) I have found out how important strength training truly is. Not in a class (because I tend to over train) but by myself and compete with only myself. I did not focus on strength training for almost 4yrs and I focused solely on running. My muscles deteriorated significantly and finally gaining it back. I want to thank you for talking about clothing sizes and sharing that you wear all sizes...changed my views on clothing! Thank you!
Thank you for a great video. Something that many women don't know about menopause is that the estrogen protects your heart. I found that out after I had a heart attack. That is so true about getting older - it definitely is a privilege not afforded to everyone.
I'm 40, and haven't had a physical/wellness checkup or bloodwork done since my daughter was born 8 years ago. I've begun experiencing menstrual irregularities, gut-health issues, and other oddities that make me wonder if I'm in perimenopause. This video was the kick in the pants I needed, and the Lord has used it to convict me that I need to steward my health as much as is in my power to do so. Thanks, Sister. ❤
I’m so glad I landed on your page! I had my physical this year and Vitamin D has officially tanked! Full blown perimenopause! I read that menopause is an actual moment when you stop ovulating and having a period. Everything before is peri and after is post. I had a partial hysterectomy in my thirties due to medical issues so haven’t been able to see any changes in that part of my life. It’s time for this to be a regular conversation! Thanks!
When I was 22 I had a 40 year old client who had a really crepey neck and décolletage. She told me her biggest regret is not using moisturiser and sun cream (we are in Australia) on those areas. I’m now 40 and I’m so glad I heard her advice and did it!
I really enjoyed the video: pregnant with my 2nd at 36 💜 so grateful to see videos on health from the inside! 👏🏼 My first pregnancy I was 27 and I was a very different person 🤪
I totally agree with you! Aging IS a privilege and there are amazing things about every age and stage of life! Our society values youth and beauty and tries to make it seem like your life is over after 30… so sad 😞 I am turning 39 next year and I’m grateful for (almost 🤭) every day ❤
I honestly love that product! I use their vitamin c and D for my kids 😊 Thanks for pointing out that the real work needs to start from what we put in our body!💯🙌
I thousand percent agree we need to get our levels tested. I myself was very very deficient vitamin D and will put on RX vitamin D and it’s been a night and day difference for my health. If you aren’t going to the doctor because your doctor is saying things like well, we’re just getting older etc. that is a queue to go to a new doctor because your doctor should not be saying that to you. We’re smart enough to know that as you age things break down, but there’s always things we can do to improve or help as we age. Sadly medical PTSD even if it’s not that extreme like medical anxiety is a thing and if that’s why you’re not going to the doctor don’t give poor doctors the upper hand on your health and your happiness. Not saying all doctors are bad and that some patients don’t come in as hypochondriacs but if you’re paying to be there, they should do everything in their power to help your mind or improve your life. And just because you’re paying to be there doesn’t mean you’re gonna get a factory reset and be perfect. 😁 I absolutely love that you made this video.🎉
Love Mary Ruth's! I give my 15 year old a vitamin by the company to help him with digestive issues. Oh man, I am in bed by 9:30 but would love to be up to catch up on things at night. I actually get really bothered by women who complain about their kids or spouse. I am one who feels we should be thankful or find things to be thankful for. Yey for aging!
Would love to know why you're no longer intermittent fasting. I've been doing IF for about 3 months and am incredibly frustrated as I've only lost maybe 5 lbs.
Can you share how you went about having testing done? I’ll be 40 in April and I have been falling apart for several months now. 😭. I would definitely love to know how hormones and vitamin deficiencies play a role in my health.
I can't wait to hear why you moved away from intermittent fasting! I have been intermittent fasting on and off for a couple of years but feeling lately like my energy is just zapped and I'm not maintaining weight as easily anymore.

So do you do the liquid vitamins and the gruns gummies? I ordered the gummies but not intrigued with this for skin and hair
“Aging is a privilege..” this hit me. Well said!🙏
Same! I'm 51 and this is something I needed to hear!
right?!? me too!
@@LeahHollinshead “Aging is a privilege denied to many.” Is what I heard when my FIL passed at 47. It’s so true. ❤️💔❤️

Can you do a video on what you know about perimenopause and menopause?

Your hair today could've been right off the show Dallas or Dynasty in the 80s and I mean that as a total compliment!
Well said, Angela!! Thank you for ending with the most important message! “We should be so grateful to be growing old and to be aging!” ❤
Your last advice on being grateful to age was beautiful and needed. Loved all of your other advice as well.
Thank you so much!

I'm 33 and still feel like I need this video.
I wish i would have thought about this stuff sooner- but it's never too late (or too early!) 😊
Same girl!!
Absolutely I just turned 70!!
Really appreciate and heartily agree with what you said about gossip and complaining!
I so needed to hear this today. Thank you for sharing!
Good job Angela for staying healthy and exercising daily

I am 62, wear sunscreen is a must, it really matters when you get to my age.
I honestly love that product! I use their vitamin c and D for my kids 😊

yes! it's hard when kids are picky eaters, so I love having option that my kids love too! 😉

I absolutely love that you made this video.🎉
Very thoughtful and well researched video! Great job, and very good, clear, realistic, and practical advice.
so glad you enjoyed it! ❤️
Biotin (found in some supplements) can throw off your Thyroid panels - just something to mention to your doctor if getting bloodwork done.
This is a very well researched and very thoughtful video😀
Wonderful advice! Needed to hear this❤
I’m way over 40 and still love trends 😜 it’s fun.
Thank you for this video! Every part of it rings true.
So good! Thank you, Angela!!

So I love all your videos! Did you switch from gruns to Mary Ruth?
One quote I heard in a podcast years ago was, “Skincare ends at your nipples” 😂
Wearing clothing not in trend has always been me! Yes, a tube top or frayed short shorts aren't for everyone!!!😅😂
Just ordered!
Number one yes!!!!!!!
Can you share how you went about having testing done? I’ll be 40 in April and I have been falling apart for several months now. 😭. I would definitely love to know how hormones and vitamin deficiencies play a role in my health.
Love this video!! ❤
Glad you liked it!!
Thank you!❤
My 31st birthday is right around the corner and these tips still apply! In fact, the earlier the better. Prevention ladies!
yay! happy soon to be birthday!
I went into menopause at 37. I can’t recommend HRT enough. Right now I have Biote pellets.
I love the black longsleeve shirt you are wearing while doing the stretching, but I can't find it on your LTK😢
I can't wait to hear why you moved away from intermittent fasting! I have been intermittent fasting on and off for a couple of years but feeling lately like my energy is just zapped and I'm not maintaining weight as easily anymore.
You are awesome
Help me with my hair please! Specifically it looking greasy at the roots and looking flat and lifeless
❤❤❤
Your code doesn’t work
Wait… Did she talk more about intermittent fasting or did I just miss it?!
Make sure you eat right smart and healthy foods
yes! great reminder!
