- Learn how to make 3 Colors of Korean Namul aka Samsaek Namul 삼색나물 - White Doraji (bellflower roots), Green Chwinamul (Aster Scaber) and Brown Gosari (Bracken Fiddleheads) using dried or frozen ones. These are commonly part of everyday Korean meals but are also always included in special celebration meals such as for New Year's, Chuseok and Jeongwol Daeboreum (First Lunar Moon).
