I already know how to play. Just wanted to shout out local Seattle designers Joseph Chen and Justin Faulkner for making it to the big show! It's the big show in Canada, right? Anyway, congrats!
Hah - I actually saw them up at SHUX (Vancouver) just last weekend! I resisted going up and teasing them by asking where my copy was. ;-) I've been following FF since they first showed the prototype at PAX several years ago; they're great guys and I hope its a very successful product for them!
The way you flipped the box lid and put away the game at the end of the video somehow gave me a similar nostalgic feeling as to what I would get when watching Mr. Rogers as a child.😊 Thank you for another great tutorial Mr. Rodney!🤙
Rodney, yet another fantastic how to video you are the best, the absolute best in the industry! I absolutely love the “suitable replacement“ Energizer batteries followed by the “battery factory“ blueprint card, so funny. You rock!
Thank you for another great video. I received my copy just the other day and I found myself hoping that you'd make a video for it. The rules are simple enough, but the way you show it clears up any and all questions. Kudos to you!! 🤗
Now this look too cute and simple. I love it! Reminds me of Blueprints (which took me long enough to get). Rolling dice and getting materials to build stuff. Can't get more fun than that :D 'm adding this one to my ever so long list of games to buy :D Thanks!!
I paused the video to read the screen and “explore the solo rules on my own” and found Rodney’s voice narrating them in my head. Haha! He did a great job as always!
Just picked this up at a FLGS and was pleasantly surprised to see that you've made a video on it, always a bonus! Thank you :) oddly, they seem to have moved from a factory meeple as a first player token to a simple punch out round chit in the version I have.
I was rooting to buy this game but was instantly grabbed from our local game store. Only a playmat for solo game was left 😢. But I can wait. Thanks for the tutorial as usual! It's so funny when you replaced the battery tokens with a real Energizer batteries 😂.
Keep up on the small gags you've been adding to the latest videos :) They remind me of you're oldest videos when you added cheesy jokes. They always made me laugh out loud!
Watch It Played You are the best! You are so good at this you should do it all the time. Oh, wait, you DO that already. NVM.... I love watching your videos. I love learning about different games, it makes me feel more connected to the hobby in a way I have never felt before. Now I just need to get a chance to come to a conference and meet you in person!!
We find AAA more suitable as a replacement. We tried 9 volts, but there were a few tongue incidents that required mild medical attention, so we made the switch. Thanks Rodney!
I thought this game would be a lot simpler when I bought it. Based on the art style it kinda looked like a kids game. I'm happy to hear there's a bit more meat in the mechanics than I anticipated. Look forward to getting this one to the table. :)
@@NeebyPls Hi Shaneese, I released a video discussing the reasons for that change. You'll find that here: ua-cam.com/video/TAG5H8Rx6gw/v-deo.html Ultimately, I became less interested in relying on the polo short as a defining aspect of the brand of the show.
@@WatchItPlayed wow! just discovered this game and so glad to get your full explanation of the (essential) rules! Actually I often, and I mean OFTEN!, use your videos but rarely comment. This response really deserves a thumbs up!!

Hey, thanks for the interest. I tend to avoid giving personalized recommendations. What I like, someone else might not - but hopefully you see a few games on here that might be what you are looking for!
@@rubyalexey8692 This is more of a question for the designer, but my guess is so that you can track where goods came from, in case another player is unsure. If you just had a pile of points in front of you, another player might not understand howyou got so many, and this allows you to explain where they came from, if there are any questions.
Whenever I watch these videos and feel words "just use a suitable replacement" incoming, I get a little excited. :)
T-shirt idea: "I'm a suitable replacement"
I laughed out loud at the batteries. I'm still snickering.
I loved this gag.
I was unaware that the suitable replacement line was a thing. I’m going to be listening out for it in all future videos from now on!
Sweet box flip there at 11:38. Very smooth.
I chuckled at that "suitable replacement". xD
Thanks for the tutorial vid!
Thanks for the tutorial. Sometimes it helps to hear and watch as opposed to just reading the rules.
For sure - glad it was helpful!

I always enjoy your videos, Rodney. You're one of my favorite gamesplainers. My Kickstarter copy is on the way and should be here any day.

Your videos are a must see for any games I’m considering purchasing- you just do such a great job explaining how the games work!
Thank you 👍
Very kind of you to say Tim!
Every time I hear the end of Rodney’s jingle, in my head I hear the little piano lick at the end of the theme song to The Office.

I wonder if maybe they changed that in a future printing.

I hope you enjoy playing Milou!
Great job as usual. Where did you get those handy little plastic trays?
These aren't the same kind, but the type I use now (game trayz), you can find here: boardgamegeekstore.com?aff=2
I loved this video, thank you so much! This game looks awesome. :)
So glad you enjoyed!
When using the headquarters researcg, if you placed two matching dice - wouldn't you get three blueprint cards?
Is there a specific time stamp in the video you are referring to? I might be able to watch, refresh my memory and see if I can help.
As always, awesome video! Thank you Rodney!! :D
You're very welcome - thanks for the kind words!

6:44 you gained one card for the first blue die and one for the second, why not a 3rd card for the matching dice?

Can you do a Twilight struggle video I always get confused learning this game.
Thanks for the interest! I talk a bit about that here: ua-cam.com/video/EdtDuvIUa6A/v-deo.html&t=342
So you place 1 dice at a time and resolve resolve action or do you place all dice at once and then resolve actions?
Does this help answer the question? ua-cam.com/video/aFy17SFgvNE/v-deo.html
Do you have the bloopers of you catching the box lid. I bet that's a real classic! There's no way you get that in one take! lol 😂
Yep, have them all right here: ua-cam.com/video/9WXTNh3fsM0/v-deo.html
Rodney, where did you get those chit holders?
I have a few different types. My preferred are Game Trayz.
How is it the solo game version? I haven't anyone to play with it!

Hey Ruby, do you have a time stamp for the aspect you're asking about?
At 8:58
@@rubyalexey8692 So you can keep track of what created the goods.
Isn't that why you tap them?
Nothing in game require you to know what create each good so why?
