    This. Was. HARD!! Not gonna lie this wasn't my favorite format but I love the back to basics moves. I really liked the push ups!! Thanks Amy!!

    Loved this! Sometimes I get nervous with bodyweight because you make us work harder to feel the burn than with weights which somehow seems easier. but this was amazing. thank you!!!

    Wowweeeee Amy! I have never been so grateful to be done with the lunge sequence and way so happy when we did those squats 🙏 loved the side planks the most.
