The one with Mel b is painful for many to watch but you have to be understanding and remember that she was battling drug addiction due to being in an absolutely toxic abusive marriage at the time. Somebody even released a version of the big fat quiz of 2014 with her completely removed from the entirety of it which forced the removal of a few funny jokes as well.

ETA: A lot of you don't seem to realise I'm NOT saying they're unintelligent. We all know they're intelligent. I'm saying only what I actually said: they *fvck about* an amazing amount, and yet they still score points while doing so.

From someone who aren’t from the British Isles, I find that British, Scottish, and Irish humor is so much cleverer, witty, and funnier than American humor. This show is a great example of that.
Of course the United States has great political satire shows like the Daily Show and Last Week Tonight (which is hosted by an English man), but for a small country like the UK to have so much good humor and so many hilarious and smart comedians is astounding!
I once had the pleasure of having a group dinner with some friends of a friend and one of them was a British comedian who had studied in Scotland, and it was the most hilarious and entertaining evening of my life!
If there is one thing the people of the isles should be proud of, it’s their comedy culture! And it just gets better the worse the politicians get! The real reason to read or watch British news (excluding Murdoch press) is so that as an outsider, you can understand the jokes! It was super hilarious during the Boris Johnson error!
But of course we all know that Germany is the true king of comedy 😂 Two peanuts vere valking down ze road… 😂

I’m not surprised some people like it, and if I am really bored I could see it as a junk throw away movie that I could somewhat enjoy watching as a one-off. I have definitely seen much worse movies that have high critical acclaim. But I have never personally understood how such a mundane movie is regularly regarded as one of the most, if not the most important movies of all time. I admit part of it might be that there was a novelty about it at the time that is lost to me because I didn’t see it in its time, kind of like many kids today don’t understand how amazing Star Wars was for its time and also how much Star Wars changed the entire industry and is even directly responsible for the creation of a lot of the technology that is used in films today. But I still think “the emperor hasn’t got any clothes” is BY FAR the best description I have ever heard in this particular case.

@@rmvdhaak I stand corrected, you are right. It is ITV4. I have been watching too many old BBC programs that are sadly lost to the ages and only available on VHS quality...

Giggles aside I wish people would stop mocking Sly Stallone for the way he speaks. Part of his face was paralyzed due to a bout with Bell's Palsy. They're making fun of him for having a disability.

Also, he wrote “Rocky,” and turned down a big payday to play the role himself. Not saying he’s an amazing actor or anything, but give the man a bit of respect at least.
