    LOVE these 25 minute workouts! I balk at anything over 30 minutes because i've got to do at least 15 min of stretching then 15 min to shower and dress so my total workout time is 1 hour. These have been so good for my time management and I feel great!

    Wow 👌 thanks Amy. However, I probably should have gone heavier on the bonus move as it was a wee bit too easy for me and I don't think I got the full benefit. I will know for next time 😊

    Yesterday I had decided I was going to find a quick HIIT after the workout today. I get to UA-cam, and I see a 25 minute workout and I click on it. About 8 minutes in I’m thinking this seems very deja vu-ish. I go back, check the title…it’s from last August. I just saw the time, didn’t pay attention to the theme (it was elevate, clearly printed there for my blind eyeballs). I realize today’s video hasn’t loaded yet, so I grab my phone, get the video from the email, connect to the tv and finish the actual workout for today. So I got my little extra workout anyway lol. I am dripping with sweat, holy cow! Feeling great though, ready to take on the week!
