    Thank you so much for the information from Dr Mary Newport. You always have such good information. Lots of calories for three a day with the chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil. I can't have chocolate or peanut butter, so I make mine with maple extract or unsweetened coconut and vanilla.

      Oh good. Try getting organic coconut oil to make sure it has all its nutrients. Some oils are so highly processed that key nutrients are lost or extracted for other products. I think you’ll really enjoy these melt in your mouth treats.

    I'm confused. Since when is saturated fat healthy for humans? We can achieve ketosis by fasting. No need to clog our arteries.

      It’s good to be curious about the food you eat. The body and brain needs fat as a source of energy. However, we need to be mindful of how much we consume and if it agrees with our body. These treats only amount to 1 tsp of coconut oil each and there are other benefits to consider. You’re right , you can also achieve ketosis by fasting. Thanks for watching.
