Знаете, что удивительно? У меня тоже под видео надпись на русском про русское белое печенье. А когда копирую ссылку и пересылаю - там вообще про русское ничего не упоминается😂 Просто "biscotti" (печенье)

She puts 2 yolks inside the biscuits and she uses the two whites for the coating outside. Everything is well shown in the video! The problem is ...they are supposed to be lemon biscuits but there is no lemon nor inside neither outside!! 😅
The yolk that went in before it was cooked is okay, but the egg whites in the icing, I would not put in. I have the same feelings about raw eggs, whites or yolk.
