    For anyone stuck at the apple tree marking a single vert-- It's not enabled by default, but the "extra objects" addon (included in the release) has an add object> single vertex option. You need to go to the User Preferences and manually enable the addon. I was struggling to make one at first and googled this. Hope this helps!

    The subsection on flowers is fire man. I combined that idea with grass and it's amazing for anything ground clutter related. I need to figure out how to translate this into Godot, it shouldn't be too hard and it would save a ton of work. Also, I haven't tried it yet but I think you can change targets to do this with things like scale instead of color. Super cool, like playing with a 3D stamp maker.

    I have a question related to assets in Blender and Unreal
    Im starting to make my own videogames and my own models for that, so I started making a "single archive" for every model that I make in Blender and export it to Unreal. But Im thinking that it would be better to do it the way you have everything here in the video, so I dont have in Unreal many folders with the same materials duplicated XD
    It is better make it indivually or "everything from the same class" together?

      Yes, you could use these in unreal engine, although you would need to texture bake color maps.

    What version is this
    is it 2.9+ because I cant extrude on it

    • @RyanKingArt
      @RyanKingArt  3 роки тому +1

      Extruding doesn't change in different Blender Versions. Its always been, E, to extrude. You might need to be in the face, or vertex select, for it to work. But yes, I think I was using Blender 2.9 when I made this tutorial.

      Hmm... After you press S, press X, Y, or Z. Does that change how its extruded?
