  • Hey what's up everybody ?! It's your girl Mere Here !
    Were going to do a full body ( no weight ) at home workout!
    It'll hit your abs, arms, butt, it's for your entire body.
    This workout can help anyone, at any age, and it does not require a gym membership or any equipment at all !
    If you have knees or back problems, this workout will be perfect for you too. It's entirely done standing so there's no bending over or floor work. Of course, you may always modify the workout for mobility issues.
    Do this workout regularly and your body will thank you. The most important thing is regularly putting time into your fitness 😊

    Definitely felt this one in my thighs but in a good way! It's always been hard for me to understand how to do a squat without hurting my knees but seeing how far you put your hips out really helped me in making my stance a little better so that I can feel that burn in my thighs rather than just pain in my knees!

    After so many years this is actually a first workout that I do every day religiously. I just like the fact that I don’t need to be on the floor. I already added another workout and I love it.
    And another thing, I can still wearing my glasses when I am doing Meredith’s workouts. That’s really important for me.

    Thank you. I’m a senior. I’ve been very active and exercise most of my life. I have arthritis in my wrist and knees so it’s hard to exercise sometimes. But you give options that really help. Keep up the good work!!! You are awesome!!!

    This was really nice was looking for a quickie after Chi Gong and hip strenghening - got to be very solid with the knee crunches as have had hip inpingement but OK so far.

    Omg thanks Mere! I was doing these a few years ago while on a low carb and i could really see the transformation. I had to start again and first person i looked for was you to teach me again.       ​This is my 2nd day doing this. I'm in horrible shape...some days I feel if I never wake up I'd feel better. But I'm on the good road now. I have a wedding to attend in 2 weeks. That is a short term goal to look forward to then I'll pick another one to keep me going. I plan to start integrating your other classes as I get stronger and increase my endurance.       ​. 6 yesterday...7 today...One full week. I noticed my Achilles tendons were tender to touch...it was the full body extension on my toes that caused that...but today all is good. I will start checking in weekly with a report😊

    I'm 53. I used to do 1 hour long workouts in my 40's and younger but now i hear too long of a workout works against you. I'm trying this to see how it works for me. Usually I do 20 minutes of a moderate workout with weights. It was hard to have to cut back from 1hr. to 20 minutes but I did manage to lose weight that way. 7 minutes makes me nervous, hahaha! But I will try it!

    i have been doing different sessions since january 1st... they´ve been great...I will get to the point when I can actually do the 3 rounds... but feeling good with doing it at least one video complete throughout this 9 days

    Good workout!! I just made 2 rounds (i'm starting) but It seems like a simple workout and why was I tired at the end? Maybe bad phisical condition! 😬

I know it's based on my particular fitness level but what would you recommend for someone in different levels? Beginner, intermediate and better shape.       Great question! First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜

    I love standing workouts and my core has gotten so much stronger since I started using Svelte training's videos -- even my chiropractor has noticed how much stronger my core is. However, I need a core workout without twisting so I don't twist my tailbone and pelvis out of alignment.. can you make one like that? Also, can we get a Coach Meredith Playlist?

    What can be done for the inner thighs (@the tops)? Either in standing or sitting positions??? TY
