    4 sets 10 reps - barbell press seated
    3 sets 15 reps - dumbbell press
    4 sets 10 reps - behind the neck barbell press
    3 sets 15 reps - side raises
    4 sets of 12/12 - face pulls / bend over delt fly
    4 sets 12 - shrugs (30 sec hold)
    4 sets 10 reps - upright rows

    bhai 20 inch bicep ghar pe ho sakta hai. mere paas dumbell aur plate hai 7.5 10 aur 20 no k. aur kitna time lagta hai.

    I need a suggestion from you.
    I am 62 yrs old and weight was 100kg.Last three months I joined one gym and reduce my weight around 92kg but I am not able to reduce more I don't why n my belly Dia was 50 inch now it is 48 inch My target is weight 78 kg .belly Dia around 40 inch or less can you please guide some exercise .
