Meri routine sab se phela 1.straight barbell with tricep press super set 4sets 2. Curl barbell with skull crusher super set 4sets 3. Roap bicep with upper roap tricep on machine 4set 4.rod bicep with rod tricep on machine superset 4set 5.dumbell curls with dumble overhead tricep 4set you can do more of them by excerice on super set gurranted results in week but really exhausting if supersets are done of all

Dear all, your all videos are very good and practical. I am 50 years of age now, I have been working out since I was 21 and till now doing this. All my life I did not do this regularly but on & off, the good thing is that I am still in touch and doing half an hour fast treed mill while bench press, pulley, T-bar, Pack Tack & all curlings with good heavy weights, in total I spend one hour thirty minutes of tough work out. My question is that at this age I don't get much muscle mass as heavy I am working out. Though I never used any supplement & or any steroid to gain muscles but now I like to use some safe drug or supplement which at least help me to gain muscle weight as per my tough struggle in working out. Please note that I am from Karachi, Pakistan and not having sugar & BP as yet. I would be very obliged if you please answer favorably. Thank you.
