I did every workout move except for the last one very proud of myself this was pretty great it sold me the possibilities that I could do using my dumbbell set The fact that I haven’t worked out and I don’t know how to Long and I was able to do it I’m proud of myself this was great

Señora gloria con mucho gusto si no entiende le diré 3 series de 8 a12 repeticiones y yo le sugiero si es principiante 2 veces por semana y con el peso que usted pueda y sienta que está trabajando cada musculo...buena suerte
Are these exercices that we have to practise them every single day for full body , or each exercice has its role on building different parts of muscles
I prefer doing everything with an incline on the bench. It puts more tension on the chest. Laying flat doesn't give you any resistance. I see so many people doing everything flat on the bench but hey,whatever works. I'm by no means a professional lol
3 days per week for upperbody I do that and the 2 days for lowerbody so when I train the upperbody I give the lowerbody muscles time to recover and when I do the lower body I give the upperbody to rest
@@lonescientist616 Wen I say 10 reps 2 sets It's the same wen I say 10 pushups 2 times which is 20 pushups but with 2 sets you rest at the end of each 10 pushups and do the second set You get it??

3 sets of 12 repetitions, 2-3 times a week. Start with a weight YOU CAN CONTROL.

Never workout all days your muscles need regeneration workout 1 day second day relax and repeat
