Or ab workout karti to body me pain hony lag jata hai jab legs ka workout hota to next day itni khaliyan par jati jesy pahly din koi gym jata or workout karta to khaliyan par jati.. Pain killer medicine leni parti mujhy kyn k agly 3 din ghooma nhi jata pain ki waja se.. Wieght bi kam nhi ho raha.. Diet bi meri theek hai oats eggs chicken le rahi koi jung food nhi leti. Me kiya karon ap bata den plzzzzzzz......
