- Checking out the impressive Palisade from Hyundai. Just a quick comparison between the Limited and Sel with convenience package. Both offer plenty of great content. Well done by Hyundai
The SEL will be the best seller, imagine spending over 11k just to get a better leather seat and moonroof. Hyundai doesn't keep their value, it will be a serious waste of money to buy limited. I have a budget of 37k that i am planning on getting preowned Audi Q7, but if I can get a brand new SEL for that amount. I will take it.

If you want a car that will keep the value, go Lexus or Toyota.but definitely not AUDI.

I have the limited Hyundai palisade it has more features than the sel like speed limit, turn signal camera on and it has 360 degree view dual soon roof and it has 4 cameras and you see the speed limit sign, navigation etc in windshield not in dashboard.......
That SEL has the premium, convenience, and the drive guidance package.

I actually prefer the lower trim interior. Only because I have 3 kids and a dog. I feel for us its a bit of a better option.

Why lol? You are not fooling anyone with quad tips. Everyone knows Hyundai and kia SUVs are moms/dads vans basically - slow vehicles really. If anything people are going to laugh at quad tips on Hyundai/Kia. Get BMW or Porsche if you want fast capable cars with quad tips and corresponding engine behind it.
@@juliusadams1931 Dude I'm buying Palisade myself (for wife and kids). My point was not to bash Palisade, but to point out that fake quad tips are not needed on a family large SUV. This is imho a car oriented for family, for comfort and tranquility. As of right now imho Hyundai has almost perfect large family SUV and it has certain image on the road of a good value with packed options and reliability that is equal to Japanese automakers. By putting fake quad tips it's going to ruin that image imho. I'm 43yo and I'm driving since I was 18. I had about 12 cars from cheap and old to BMW X5 50i V8 450hp (tuned to 700hp) that ahd 11.7sec 1/4 mile record among it's class. I was tuning my cars professionally since 1997. One thing I learned is that any fake exhaust tips, NOS stickers, fake hood vents etc - only make car look like crap - like beaten Honda Civics driven by 18yo. I'm assuming if you are looking at Telluride/Palisade you are not like that right? So imho fake quad tips are going to look tacky. You won't impress those who know about cars (like me) and those who don't know about cars - they just don't care, I doubt they will even notice quad tips. It will only make a car scream "I'm someone who is trying to pretend I have powerful and sporty engine" while having a family v6 that can barely beat Kia Sedona minivan. Come on man, we can and should be better than that. this car has other purpose and it serves that purpose very well. It's a very comfy and spacious family SUV - bargain if you take into account technology packed into it. And yes reliable. BTW I still have my BMW x5 50i which i'm going to sell probably and pt that money towards Palisade. BMW are not that unreliable as you might think. It's one of stereotypes, but in the long run, if you keep cars like for 8-10 years - Hyundai will be no doubt more reliable.
Also, check the Hyundai Palisade forums - I am a member there, I'm trying to get all info before I buy. Some first buyers discovered vibration issues on highway speeds not related to tires. We are looking into it to find out the fix.

you missed most important detail sel comes with analog dash and unlimeted is tottally digital with 360 camera

You guys complaining about rims on top end. Just go to Big O or some other tire place and get better rims
Big O and places like that - don't have good rims. All they have is a chinese crappy rims that every 18yo puts on their old cheap honda civic.

I wonder if a dealer would agree to selling the Limited with SEL's rims...
it's a possibility. doesn't hurt to ask. those wheel come with the convenience package on the sel.
Different instrument panel and stereos?
dash is the same, could be slight differences in the instruement design. harmon kardon stereo maybe only on the limited trim, or possibly in a package on the SEL. best way to confirm is to build one on the site

Hyundaiusa has the color options. Go check out the car in person to see what color you like the most

@Clif Bradley thanks so much! Yeah I was standing next to the burgundy one and it looked black with a purple tint from most directions. I saw every color in person except the blue. I have a dark gray Odyssey right now so I was trying for something different but most of the colors look black or dark grey except for the silver but that was very bright. I think I will be going limited. I have a few months to think about it though.....

awd is $1700 on it's own. go to www.hyundaiusa.com and build one. they have different packages you can pick and choose from

I think the Limited has gorgeous interior ultra-luxury I think the Hyundai is much better than Toyota 4Runner and Honda Passport but the only thing I'm hoping next year 2021 Hyundai will come out with quad exhaust on their SUVs that looks so much NICER and SPORTY
They forgot folding mirrors too. I'm in the market for the Limited right now. Ill update by end of Nov 2019

I do not believe so. It looks like there is a sunroof only option for the SEL. No moonroof.
Limited is getting hard to find.
