I don't have osteoporosis issues but I liked this video as I can do these standing routines in my small summer house at the end of the garden. I use my mobile phone with wifi and would love to see more challenging standing routines. I enjoy all your videos Katja. Thank you.
Oh, thank you so much for this workout!! I am new to osteoporosis and am aware that I need to be careful how I move my body all the while I also need to strengthen it!! You make me feel confident that I am moving correctly and not in any way that I will instead harm myself. I have only done this routine a few times and already I feel stronger and more confident! I wish you would do several more workouts for people who can't kneel or put any pressure on their knees. My cartilage is damaged and I can't kneel at all, or lean on a bent knee. I wish there were a series of different body part workouts without kneeling - something for abs, arms and back, legs, so we could have a series of different things to do on different days to get ourselves in shape and tone our body.
