Oh my! What a beautiful shawl pattern! It's so creative and unique, love it! I purchased your pattern and I love how it is written. I really love the chart at the end because it is so helpful to keep track of the rows and stitch count. Many thanks and job well done, Kayla!
Thanks for letting me know! I just rewatched it and, unfortunately, don't see what you're talking about but I'll take a closer look after another cup of coffee 😜
Beautiful design!!! Oh my goodness, I’m getting my hook out and starting this today! I’ve been knitting a sweater, and was just thinking I need a crochet project to switch it up...this is it!!! Thank you!! ❤️ (Just subscribed to your channel!)
You're so very welcome! As for row 10, here's the math behind it 😊 48 sts (row 9) + 6 sts (# of inc) = 54 sts (row 10) Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
@@KayKrochets Oh no need to apologize! I should be the one apologizing because I didn't check the written pattern! Anyway, thank you again for the very pretty design. Love it!
I just got released from 2 weeks in hospital. I was going C-R-A-Z-Y. Not tomorrow I go to the hyperbolic chamber ( to hopefully expand my lungs ) I will be stoping at JoAnns after, bought the pattern a couple days ago so excited
Hello..I bought your branch out beanie design, and I need help. It is so confusing on how it starts. I have tried many times and I cannot get past the round 2. Round 3 says to bloc, inc. repeat and I do not understand. I read your notes, and I still do not end up with 24 stitches. Help please
Hi Kay Krochets! I was wondering, in row 11 you have after the 1 chain, a 3 single crochet in the first stitch. Is that okay? Because in all the rows before it was always 2 in the first stitch. I expected to have 58 stitches in that row but I count 60 because of the 3 sc in the first and last stitch. Please let me know :D
@@KayKrochets is this the same color you used in the finish shawl that appears in the Etsy pattern photos and at the very beginning of the video -- or just the color you're working with in the instructions of the video?
This is the first time I see not using dc in the ring nice beautiful work n teacher
🥰 Thank you so much!

I’m adding this to my watch later, I’m so going to make this for a friend of mine!
Um... can you be my friend?! 😂 no but seriously, that's so sweet! Enjoy ❤
Me too!! And one for me!
@@KayKrochets boom, friends. @knitncrochetallday is my insta handle!
Just an FYI, as I was following along I saw that row 4 and row 5 is actually on screen as row 4 twice. Can't wait to finish this!
Decided to purchase from Etsy so I wouldn't have any confusion.

I'm beyond flattered! Thank you so very much for the kind words and for watching 😄
i realize I'm pretty off topic but do anyone know a good place to watch newly released series online ?
@Israel Elon I use FlixZone. You can find it by googling :)
@Ares Konnor Definitely, I've been watching on Flixzone for years myself :D
@Ares Konnor Thank you, signed up and it seems to work :) Appreciate it !
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’m getting 54 stitches on row 10.
Anyway, thanks for sharing this. Very pretty :)

@@KayKrochets Hi! Thanks for responding. And yes, I am getting 54 :) However, the text on the video shows 52, not 54. That what confused me at first.
Ohhh! Silly me. I apologize for that! I must have forgotten to update thre video because the written pattern has the correct st count 🙈

Can you please explain what do you do at the end? Do you have several parts that you combine?
Hi Kay Krochets! I was wondering, in row 11 you have after the 1 chain, a 3 single crochet in the first stitch. Is that okay? Because in all the rows before it was always 2 in the first stitch. Also, in row 12 you get 66 instead of 64 stitches. I don't have access to the written pattern so I'm not sure how to go further from now hihi
Hello there! Yes, the tutorial is correct. If you'd like a stitch chart or the written pattern, you can find the link in the description 😊
What StoneWashed yarn color are you using?
Boulder Opal 😄
@@KayKrochets is this the same color you used in the finish shawl that appears in the Etsy pattern photos and at the very beginning of the video -- or just the color you're working with in the instructions of the video?
@@603MoxieMomma It's the color of the shawl in the photos and tutorial!
@@KayKrochets Thank you, most of the online photos of Boulder Opal make it look much darker than your shawl!
Hi, you have shown text of Row 4 twice on the video, the first one has 22 sts and the second one has 24 sts.
Thank you so much for letting me know! Unfortunately, I can't "edit" the video (or maybe I just don't know how) but the correct st count is 24 sts 😊
Is the only way to see the stitch count to buy the pattern???
Is that a problem? 😂😂😂
Can I find the written pattern free somewhere please?
Hi there! The written pattern is available for an affordable price in my shops. (Links in description.)
