I LOVE, love, love this. It's so easy. I am an experience crocheter, but some patterns are so complicated that I give up. This one is a winner! Thank you! After 40 years of not holding a crocket hook, I've started the shawl using Lion's Brand Mandala 100% Acrylic. So glad to have this visual step by step to go along with the pdf pattern because I'm not much good at following the pattern without the visual. Hopefully it will turn out acceptable for wearing. It's just a practice piece, but would like to make another for gifting.

I hope this helps - Historically, the UK worsted weight yarn equivalent has been aran. Some serious yarn enthusiasts will tell you that these terms aren't precisely interchangeable. That's because traditionally, worsted and aran yarns were spun differently. As a result, true aran yarn has more loft and a bouncier feel than worsted. However, most modern knitting companies don't differentiate between the two.
Aran yarn is also known as 10 ply yarn. It's important to note that in Australia, 10 ply yarn is commonly referred to as the equivalent of worsted weight yarn. So, if you're working on a pattern from Down Under and uncertain about which yarn to use, remember that 10 ply yarn is what you'll need :)

Do you work in UK or USA terms? First stitch at about 2 minutes, I think is UK double, but you call it a treble.

I work in UK terms so a UK Treble is a US double, it's the same stitch just different terminology :)

After row 15 you’re repeating rows 6-10 until you reach row 45. The instructions are listed in the description box underneath the video 😊

I get you, I felt like that for a long time. (And with some videoes I still do). For me it helps looking at a written pattern also. I know this one costs money but if you feel like it, it might help.

I had to rewatch the video several times and keep referencing it as i was working. It took me 3 weeks to get to the width of my shoulder. Its okay to be frustrated. I've gotten better but i keep having to come back to the video because i confuse myself and add or drop chains.

I’m very sorry but I can’t make sense of row 10. You say to repeat row 3 for rows 9 and 10 but you don’t do that when you are showing us what to do. There should be 3 holes rows but in your demonstration there are only 2. I’m not trying to be rude but I’m getting very frustrated.
