Very nice! I have a loaf tin which came with a sliding lid. At which all stages should I put the lid on (while the second proofing and/or while baking) ? Thanks in advance for the response :)

Very nice breads .. I always try your bread recipes but for some reason the top crust of my bread pulls apart . Is it due to temperature or I cover the bread while baking ??
Thank you so much... during the second proofing does the dough double in size....if yes then just try scoring the bread using a sharp knife or blade before baking..

I tried whole wheat bread with homemade wheat flour and organic wheat flour. They didn't get that fluffiness as yours. Don't know where I went wrong. Here we don't get 24 manthra organic flour. I tried with organic tattva.

Can we do the kneading using a hand mixer with kneading needles?
Sure Karthika you can do that... just go through the hand mixer manual and accordingly use it for kneading the dough.

Hi purpleblue. .. allow the dough to rest till it doubles in size... time taken will depend on the weather conditions..
How about sugar high can take this kind of bread?
