    Hi made this today and it turned out so well dark brown crust and soft inside lovely. Your voice is so calm N soothing explaining each and every step with tips too. Pl do post more breads with WWF and gluten free too. Thanks

    Thanks for the lovely recipe. I tried the recipe and the bread turned out awesome. I substituted egg with flax egg. This is my go to whole wheat bread from now onwards. Thanks ma'am

    Very nice! I have a loaf tin which came with a sliding lid. At which all stages should I put the lid on (while the second proofing and/or while baking) ? Thanks in advance for the response :)

    Very nice breads .. I always try your bread recipes but for some reason the top crust of my bread pulls apart . Is it due to temperature or I cover the bread while baking ??

      Thank you so much... during the second proofing does the dough double in size....if yes then just try scoring the bread using a sharp knife or blade before baking..

    Very nice. Like your presentation.
    I tried whole wheat bread with homemade wheat flour and organic wheat flour. They didn't get that fluffiness as yours. Don't know where I went wrong. Here we don't get 24 manthra organic flour. I tried with organic tattva.

      Thank you so much Sumi for the lovely feedback..... the bread will not be as fluffy as maida bread...but still it will be soft and fluffy... the reason can be hydration or mostly the second proofing... hope you get it right the next time..👍

    Can we do the kneading using a hand mixer with kneading needles?

      Sure Karthika you can do that... just go through the hand mixer manual and accordingly use it for kneading the dough.

      Hi purpleblue. .. allow the dough to rest till it doubles in size... time taken will depend on the weather conditions..
