Hello Upasana, Finally after trying and failing with multiple recipes I am so so happy I came across yours and cannot agree more with all the positive comments, it turned out just perfect, light and very tasty. Thanks so much for this guilt free delight:)
Regardless of the outcome of the recipe, you have really made the bread making process much easier for the unaware with your top-notch presentation and positive vibes. Splendid!!!
4-5 days is brilliant! Make it on a Sunday, keep it till Friday and my weekday breakfast is ready with probably a half boiled egg on top cut up, lol. Thanks for the awesome recipe I'm gonna try it out!

Girl you did the best job. I have been looking for whole meal bread recipe for last 2 days but couldn't find one. Now after watching your video I'm sure this is the one. I'm going to try this now. Let's c how my bread Comes out.

Dear Upasana (and Rajshri Food), thank you a ton for a whole wheat bread recipe that works beautifully in Indian conditions. I've researched dozens of recipes and online baking resources, both Indian and foreign, made dozens of loaves, but nothing gave the satisfaction and result that your recipe has. The methodology makes for a perfect loaf of whole wheat (Indian) artisan bread. Of course, I added my usual additives of vital wheat gluten, ginger powder, and milk solids, but that doesn't disturb the great methodology or the ingredient measures. I used 250 grams of flour for an approximately 400gram loaf of bread. Thank you once again!
Thank you so much for this recipe mam!😊 I tried this recipe for brown bread yesterday and followed all steps exactly like you have mentioned and it turned out perfectly!😊
That's great Susanne! Share the pictures of the recipe when you make it at your home with us by messaging it to our Facebook page and get a chance to get featured on the same! :-) HAPPY COOKING!

Thanks Upasana mam for telling this method of baking the bread it's very easy n also bread doesn't become dense during baking I'm saying so coz I have tried baking bread by many other recipies but by those recipies my bread becomes dense and never turns this perfect 👌🏻
Tried this recipe today. Came out very well. One of the best recipes that I have come across. The method of rolling the bread before placing it in the tin is explained well in this video. Agree that the bread is a little dense but I think whole wheat bread will be a little dense when compared with all purpose flour bread. Thanks a ton for the recipe.

wow. thanks. this video inspires a lot. I was looking for a easy method of bread recipe. in most of video the bread mould was with a lid. I don't have lid. I was worried to bake bread without lid. but your video helped me. thanks
What about similar recipes using Ragi floor, Millet floor, Maize floor, Besan, green gram floor and of course multi grains floors for making breads at home !
The recipe starts with 500 gm of wheat (4 cups). this is too much for a 8" x 4" baking tray. With trial and error I have concluded that about 2.5 cups (650 ml or 300 gm) are required to make a full size bread for 8" x 4" pot Otherwise the recipe is explained very well and it definitely works very well and gives you a nice fluffy bread
Dear Upasana, can I use a 10 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan for this recipe or will it be too big? I have started making the dough, so will be extremely grateful if you could advise me! Thank you. Love
