    Hi, good morning
    Baked this bread yesterday night , cutting in the morning. This bread is amazingly soft and fluffy. I didn't add any water . Made it with only milk and yoghurt. This came out great. I'm really surprised with the sponginess . Thank you so much for this recipe. Your recipes are a great help for me. Thank you again

    V v nice !! Just one question here post shaping when we keep the dough for proofing again then are we suppose to keep it in a warm place ??

      Thank you... depending on the temperature at your place...if it is very cold then the dough has to be kept in a warm place..

      Yes you can... you might have to adjust liquid quantity as required..

      You can use 3/4 tsp of yeast..

    Can we use whole wheat flour instead of apf? Or a 50:50 apf and wwf?
