Some are small in difference and as the stones get larger, they really start getting noticeably larger and more expensive. If you cant afford a one carat diamond, its always a good idea to buy a .90, it will save you money for the same look as a one carat. Carat is one of the most important C's in the 4 C's of diamonds. It is what sets the price as it comes with the heaviest price increases as you move up. Use your knowledge of your partners expectations and your budget to find the right size.
