I have already ordered online from iHerb some vitamins & other supplements & I am delighted with all the items & delivery as promised. I am 74 yrs old from Philippines. I have started again eating chia seeds soaked overnight in the fridge with mineral water or milk, using only 2tbsps cs to 1 cup water or liquid & top it on oatmeal for breakfast, mix in fruit smoothie & frozen yoghurt adding roasted (on pan) walnuts or almonds, pumpkin seeds, raisins & occasionally, frozen bluberries or mixed berries. Hope to get good results in lowering my high cholesterol after couple of weeks.

Don't the full amount of milk as the mixture becomes very gooey and thick. Add some of the liquid at the time of eating.

Mix in a bowl chia seeds and protein shake, just enough of the shake to mix in for a pudding, use chocolate flavor protein and it's like a chocolate moose once it sets. You can add raspberries and top with Greek yogurt 👍♥️
