Here's a pro tip for you:. For your tortilla pizza, put it all together with the tortilla already in the pan that goes back into the air fryer. When you put all of your cheese in there and your pepperoni and your pizza sauce and all of that you know it's going to stay in the pan until it's cooked. If you make all that stuff on a paper plate or on a cutting board, you're not going to be able to cleanly smoothly transfer that raw pizza into the air fryer pan without dropping some.
One other great suggestions is reheat!!! Everything is better and less grease reheated in the air fryer. Taco shells if you cook too many at dinner the night before. Don't throw them away, reheat them and they are twice as good. Make sure to put something heat resistant in between the shell or angle it upside down so it's slightly open. Leftover pizza is EXCELLENT reheated! Leftover fries and fried chicken. Pretty much all leftovers are so good reheated in the air fryer rather than the microwave. I also learned from a man who worked in a restaurant to smash the garlic five minutes before and let it bleed. He says it allows the garlic to have a better flavor without a pungent slap. It has something to do with the air meeting and chemistry of the garlic which brings it to its best flavor.
Those of you who are not using your air fryers, dust them off and get “frying”! These recipes/suggestions are all adaptable to your tastes. Mine is a permanent fixture on my kitchen counter. Time saver and health saver. Lighten up, folks.
Love all those recipes. Definitely on my to do list. Thanks for the recipes and the excellent directions. So glad that I just found your channel. Looking forward to more recipes. Using my air fryer is a joy .

Love my air fryer... on my 3rd now. Keeps kitchen cool in summer and anything uh... odorous... in the garage or outside. As always, thanks for some new ideas. Cheers from Sandy Eggo
I really love all your recipes! May I suggest you add fresh ginger to your ribs. I can't wait to try the mushroom one especially. Can I please ask that you make some more low carb and keto recipes? Thank you
Yes, I stopped cold at the corn in the tuna egg mixture because it would send my blood sugar skyrocketing. But I might add some pork panko to the mixture as well as roll the "nuggets" in it before air frying. What I love about this are the ideas... then I adapt them to a low-carb/KETO way of eating and go from there. And I'm learning more about air frying and there's that. I'm also learning how to convert C to F. 180 C is 356 F.
We love your channel. Find you very comical. I like the little bald headed block pinching stuff. Also i had no idea what to do with my airfrier before i saw your channel x
Good recipes and I appreciate how clearly you speak. I live in an area very close to Mexico. The pronunciation of tortilla is like saying: tor-TEA-ah. The ll's in Spanish words maybe more like an "ah" sound or a "yah" sound where the "y" is not very pronounced.
I'm 85 and totally clueless when it comes to these different appliances. Could you comment as to what brand it would be to get for just the two of us and not really expensive and not anything with shelves but like this they're showing. Thank you
100% making those buffalo chicken bites this weekend. It's gonna be -20 degrees F for the high on Saturday and some slightly spicy nuggets sound like a great way to keep warm!
Handy air fryer tip for using parchment paper: never decide to preheat your air fryer for the first time ever with paper in the basket. (It flies and it burns and you won’t believe the smoke it creates. Turn off at the plug, leave it to cool down. Don’t touch the machine, leave the basket alone (don’t let any more smoke out or any oxygen in = flames). Open doors and windows to let smoke out and if you have a mask handy put it on until it does. When basket is cool to touch (use back of your hand in case it’s not), remove to sink and soak contents. Throw away charred remnants of parchment (soaked so it can’t reignite in trash). Then mock/curse your idiocy for as long as you like. Remember and pass it on: “Air fryer makes paper flier”. 🤦🏻♀️
I appreciate the tip. Also, when moving into an apartment or a new house, always check that the exhaust fan over the stove top vents to the outside. My last place I was renting I discovered the hard way that it didn't. I was doing my first T-bone in the cast iron skillet so I had it nice and hot then put the season steak in it; yes, it smoked, I expected that. The fan was running. Two minutes later, I turn the steak, more smoke, but now the kitchen is getting smokey. After the 2nd 2-min frying, I put the pan&steak into the oven. By now, the kitchen and living room are smoke-filled. I call my landlord, who's living downstairs and he comes up wondering what on earth I am doing that's making all that smoke. I tell him, but we still open the living room door to the South Dakota winter to let the smoke out (even the kitchen door opening to the garage didn't help right away). We he got looked at the exhaust fan setup, that's when we both discovered, no exhaust pipe to the outside. So no more t-bone searing for me (well, not until I bought a house a few months ago, so I'm good to go when I get my next quarter of a cow delivery).
Air fying has so many options - Air fried parchment-bagged and steamed salmon, sturgeon, trout, bass, or catfish fillets! Panko covered salmon, sturgeon, trout, bass, or catfish fillets Panko covered chicken/turkey breasts or fish sticks Panko covered cream cheese-stuffed jalapeno poppers Use a small pot and entire sea salt covered SMALL prime rib ! BBQ-sauced bacon wrapped around a filet mignon Lasagna, cheese, and sauce with an inside pot Beef stroganoff with mushrooms and creamy red wine sauce in a pot Scalloped potatoes, ground beef, and gravy or cream sauce in a pot Air fried baked potatoes, and twice-baked potatoes, making stuffed potatoes Air fried baked garlic cloves - black garlic Melted onions - cut open top, pour on sweet cream butter, air fry Blooming onions, cut open top, cut into petals, air fry
You forgot about how easy it is to make bacon in the air fryer 😊 plus it's easier to clean up that way. I also love making fish and chips in mine. My fryer is an accessory for my instant pot, so I have one small appliance that can cook just about anything.
Thank you Chef Alexander and team #WebspoonWorld. Love the fritata and the stuff mushrooms. Appreciate the inspiration we get from the entire team. Congrats on breaking over 1 million viewers. Long overdue and very well deserved. Hope we see 2 million in 2024. ps: Tortilla in English is pronounced Tor -Tea- Ah (the L's are silent)
Nope! Native speaker of both Spanish and English here. Tor-tee-yah is a pretty good approximation. Tortilla means "little tart (or cake)." Torta means "tart (or cake)" though in Mexico it has come to mean a sandwich. ua-cam.com/video/clw938-Fqf8/v-deo.htmlsi=mOmi5cmQETHEv-AM
For the mushrooms, it's also a good idea to wash out the gills after snapping the stems. It gets rid of the bitter taste of the remaining mushroom spores and helps with overall taste.
Best photography I've ever seen used for food recipes - dialogue also concise, no time wasted . Thanks !

I use mine almost everyday
Mine is an add-on accessory for my Instant Pot, so I have one appliance with a myriad of uses! One thing I really enjoy from the air fryer is BACON!
It saves electricity, uses way less expensive oil, and you don’t have to preheat it!
You're telling who? Why presume no one uses them? Oh please, you are not special..! 😅
Happy air frying!😄
I’m glad somebody finally came out either what Ive wanted for years. A window to see inside the air fryer.
