Step by step, day by day. It’s not a race, it’s an incremental lifestyle change. You can do this!
Started doing this routine 8 days ago, with an aim to doing some stretching every day , I’m usually really bad at continuing things for more than a couple of days, but right now I need to really start working on my physical strength and mobility. I’ve done it every morning now for 8 days! Doesn’t sound like much , but it’s a huge start for me.
I turn 60 this year and really do need to get myself in shape physically and mentally. This routine has been great! I’ve felt really good this last week, and am already noticing a difference in my mobility.
It must be due to doing this each morning, and the bonus is I’m actually enjoying it. 👍🏻🎉.
Had my bloods done a couple of weeks ago and I am in the pre diabetes category 😢 so I definitely need to start taking care of my overall health.
Kicking the sugar is the next big challenge ❌🍪🍫🍰🥺😢

I love that this routine is frustration free, I’m a somewhat retired ballerina and I really get frustrated with routines where I feel like I’m not capable of gaining my flexibility back, you make it really inviting and caring thank you than you ❣️
Absolutely I’m right there with you - getting back into my own once advanced workouts to now adapting to whatever I can do and enjoy after 4 surgeries to fix my cartilage that has been eaten up by arthritis- it feels so good to be back in the gym at any capacity that my body can do ❤keep up the great everyone
Was feeling a bit stiff during the first ones but after the whole session, youre right! I felt a bit more flexible without feeling my muscles and movements being pushed. Best 15 minutes Ive spent today.

Love love your videos!!! I love that I can do for 5-10 min increments!!! I care for my disabled son and it’s been perfect to find time for at least 5-10min
Today makes week 4 of me doing these stretches and they have helped me sooo much!! Not just to keep my body fluid but also to help me against getting injured from workouts. I do this up to 3x a day if needed. It’s amazing. Thank you so much for this video and all the others you do!!

I stopped all life activities after i started my job one year ago i used to be moderately flexible, i just quit 2 days ago because my body started to feel sooo bad every muscle in me is sooo stiff my whole body hurts and im just 24!.. i did this routine and at the last step i couldn’t help but cry i felt sooooo much relief thank you for this gentle routine i don’t think i can do anything more than this it was short sweet and gentle but exactly what i needed to start my recovery

Usually, I find videos that say "beginner" but are still very difficult. This one, I was able to do easily as a beginner, and when the video finished, I didn't expect it to be done. It felt so nice to also have alternative options. Thank you!

Wow. Really loved this video. I’m learning to stretch for the first time in my life. Some of these are difficult for me but you are so patient and informative. My hip feels like it’s popping out of place when i do the piriformis stretch and i can’t reach forward or keep my back straight when leaning forward from sitting position. Thank you for this. Hey! I really enjoyed the exercises in this video-thank you for that! I do have a small suggestion, though. Typically, I use stretching sessions as a way to quiet my mind. While I appreciate the effort to engage with encouraging words, I find that less talking helps me focus and relax more effectively during these exercises. Perhaps others might feel the same. Thanks for considering this feedback!

I’m 20 years old and experiencing join pains which has worried me since I’m so young. I work in a desk chair most of the time and spend most me time seated in front of screens and so I’ve decided to work Pilates into my daily routine and this one in specific was so relaxing and made me smile once I was done 🤍

Thank you for this routine, and the other beginners Pilates routines you offer. I don't get to the gym for Pilates classes anymore, since I went back to work full-time. I now work in a little Pilates every day, in addition to my walking regiment. I've list 95 lbs, and I've kept it off, through diet and exercise, mostly walking and Pilates. Your routines are terrific!
I love this video! I think stretching with this video is one of the key things that helped me to heal strange running pain I would get when I ran distances.

Had both knees injured and through recovering, really lost the ability to run or exercise which led me to feeling so stiff, like i needed a good massage, but doing this gave me the movement and it felt like my body is finally not “stagnant” and there’s blood flow
