- The death blow to the NCAA won't be dealt by college athletes unionizing, as historic as that movement is. It will come from a seemingly anonymous man named Jeffrey Kessler: an attorney who also happens to be the greatest sports lawyer of all time. Kessler has fought for everyone from Tom Brady to the U.S. women's national soccer team - and now, after winning in front of the Supreme Court, he's busy changing the very nature of college sports. Pablo invites Kessler into the PTFO studio and pressure-tests whether college athletes could finally wrest what's allegedly owed to them: billions, plural, in past damages from the NCAA.

David should have probably used the litmus test of, if Jeffrey Kessler was against him, he was on the side of wrong, and if Kessler wan on his side, then his opinion was probably valid this one time.

I really truly do not care to know this much about any kind of Real Housewife.
There should be a salary cap introduced into college sports. This will keep more diverse playoffs...also players will be ale to still go to wherever they want to get paid but the teams will have to pick and choose which stars they can get so that the talent is more spread out as most power 5 school could afford at least 1 star. But would not be able to stack them all on a few teams only. In my opinion at least
Pardon my cynicism but the Supreme court ruling came down 9-0 because the NCAA has no allies on the court. Conservatives and their donors are currently waging a culture war on education and universities. Liberal Justices would obviously see this as extremely "anti worker" and rule in that direction. So the NCAA and universities had no allies and the court ruled according to law. This sadly isn't some magical epiphany of the Supreme Court actually following the law because its functional. Its just a case where the two sides in control aligned against the entity trying to defend itself.
If you go to Ole Miss on game day, you will find A LOT of conservative allies of college football.

My real life wife is all I can handle of real life, no need to watch a show of other guy's crazy wives.
College athletes shouldn’t be paid. Their payment is through full ride scholarships to schools worth thousands of dollars. If the issue is that they don’t have enough time to put towards their classes then change the rules for how long coaches can make them practice to allow for the time for classes. Those good enough to go professional will get paid and those who don’t go pro will have the degree to get a profession when they graduate.
