Your skills are beyond doubt, your tenacity is something else lol. you would NOT let the blank win and were determined to complete the turning.. and produced a great pen.. note to self... never give up ...valuable lesson. My blanks drilled and tubes glued in.. ( then grandaughter arrive for visit so tols down... pick up again later) Cheers Bob for another pen turnning tutorial and a life lesson..
Beautiful Pen, I like the wall street kit. thumbs up Bob.

Hi RJB, Shaun here from the UK.

Awesome work.

Lovely, really lovely. Now my wife wants one.
That my friend is called "A GREAT SAVE"
Looks great, can't wait for the build video.
That turned out really well Bob, thanks for sharing. 😎😘😍
Fantastic looking pen, very sharp look about it. Looks like it was made for a Art Teacher. Thanks
Really nice looking ! I normally don't take my blanks to the sander to round off the corners, I instead do my blanks by first drilling a 1/4" hole then use a long 7/8" hole saw to cut the outside round. Then I simply redrill the sleeve hole to 7mm or larger depending on bushing set and eliminate breakouts or sever chipping. ron
Now that is a great looking pen Bob. Can't wait for you to make one of those blanks! Thanks for another faultlessly presented video.
Love it
I like to drill on the lathe when there is a problem instead of the drill press. Beautiful pen.
I like the idea. A really unique pen. Well done.
Good job Bob! I have done colored pencil pens and I find that sanding them through various grits on the lathe instead of using a lathe tool prevents the loosing of the leads. Staedtler makes hex pencils.
I watched the other video on make the blanks very cool. I also like the blank you just made. Thanks for sharing GO Navy
