Pranayama exercises are an ancient Hindu method of breathing techniques that help improve breathing and mental health.
It doesn't place strict conditions on do's and don'ts.
Feel free to practice it wherever you feel comfortable. Open areas or closed areas, indoors or outdoors. In Asia, Europe or in USA.
