- The plaintiff says the defendant is her father, who she says put her washer and dryer outside for her to pick up. She claims they were stolen by the time she got there and blames her dad for making a foolish decision. She’s suing him for the value of the appliances. The defendant says his daughter left them at his home for two years and he told her several times that she needed to come pick them up.

The plaintiff seems very self entitled it's your responsibility to store your things. The father was right and the daughter really thinks someone owes her something.

So she stored her $400 washer/dryer at her father’s home for 3 years, for free. She showed up all hours of the day and night to wash clothes with his water and electricity, for free. Yet, he owes her something? Ma’am how much money would you have spent putting those appliances in storage for 3 years? I’m guessing more than $400. How much would it have cost you to go to a laundromat once a week for 3 years? Again, the answer is more than $400. Still, you brought that tired wig into court and tried to sue your father for a new stackable washer/dryer AND said it’s only right. 😳 Ma’am you are so out on pocket. You need to purchase a gift for your father and apologize.
