As someone who once suffered from severe depression, if someone told me to kill myself, it would be over with them forever. There's no going back from something like that, in my opinion, regardless of apologies or future actions.
Mixing friends with money is messy, and if you’re going to do it, it has to be crystal clear. It can still go sideways, in my case I’m glad it didn’t. My best friend took myself and my daughter in when I went through my divorce. We had very explicit rent and contribution to household bills. Our daughters were a year apart in age, 2 and 3. They shared a room and I rented the extra room. We even ended up with me keeping her daughter nights and weekends when she worked. We stayed until her lease was up and she moved in with her fiancé, and I found a place to rent (over a year later). We are still best friends and I’d do anything to return the favor if it’s ever needed in any way.
I let a friend who I called my sister come stay with me because she didn't have anywhere to go. We moved and she had to move with us and was there for almost a year and didn't look for a job, and when she did look there was always some excuse and refused to go to social services. After finding out that she was smoking in my house in the room room that was supposed to be my daughter's room who was due in a few months and didn't do anything besides eat up the food, run up my bills including the phone bill to almost $400, had people in my house when I was at work or on duty and they were stealing things including checks which means they were in places they shouldn't be I asked her to leave. She locked herself out of the house by accident and when I got there I could see a lot of my stuff mixed in with her stuff that she was taking. She went back while I was at school and my husband let her in and either her or someone who was with her smashed his car window... I only didn't call the cops because he said to let it go but I learned my lesson and I have not allowed any adult to stay with us for an extended period of time.
I'm starting to wonder if Judge MM also has a doctorate in psychology 🤔 She spends 50% of her time counseling both parties. She is an Angel in a Black robe of Justice 🤗❤️ GOD BLESS Judge MM ♥️♥️
To the plaintiff.Change your attitude so you won't jump from one friend to another.Learn to cherish friendship and the good people around you.Don't abuse them.Grow up.
I don't see how the judge doesn't have any friends that would let her sleep on her couch! If I have a living room or an extra spare bedroom, my friend ALWAYS has a place to go. I don't have a lot of them, but the few I have can definitely stay
The plaintiff reminds me of a former friend of mine - emotional abuser and manipulator. Can turn on the apologies and water works on que, after beating you into the dirt with hate, nastiness and anger. These types of "friendships" are no different than being with an abusing mate - abuse you then bring you flowers and apologize, then abuse you, then flowers and apologies; abuse, then apologies. I hope the plaintiff walked away and stayed away because people like the defendant don't change. If you allow the abuse / apology ONE TIME, it's an open door for them to repeat, over and over and over again, and it will only get worse. The more you try and help someone like that, the worse they become because you care - and THAT ends up being the "weakness" they exploit.
Guarantee the plaintiff will be back asking the defendant for a place to stay or something else. Sociopaths only see people as a means to an end and seemingly forget the past. No regard.
I threw away a "friends" things after we had a falling out. I reached out to her and her family to get her stuff and they never did so after 30 days I tossed it all! Shoes, clothes, baby stuff, important papers and all!
The plaintiff clearly has something wrong with her. She has a nerve. The things she said is ridiculously disproportionate to the situation. It was her responsibility to collect HER belongings that she just left there. The defendant took care of the plaintiff as if she were her mother and the plaintiff said horrible things about her not being a good mother, yet she expected the defendant to care for her like her mother. She just sounded like a spoiled child.
The defendant had to defend herself for doing nothing wrong. It was abandoned for a while, and she has to get rid of it eventually somehow. The friendship ended because each person kept responding back with spite, if a person can’t say something good, it’s best to remain quiet.
You're being too nice. The plaintiff's stuff was abandoned, but on top of that, the plaintiff told the defendant explicitly to discard them. I don't even know how this case wasn't thrown out for being frivolous. The plaintiff is wasting everyone's time.

@@lenas6479 LOL I always, always seem to mix up their first names. They just sort of morph into a blob of uselessness in my mind! Thank you for the correction. 😀 Yeah, I meant Doug Llewellyn in particular, but Harvey Levin is pretty useless, too... it's hard to believe that he actually has a law degree.
@@vorpal22 they what? I thought they were jurnos
@@WildArtistsl Doug Llewelyn is a reporter, but Harvey Levin has a law degree and practiced law in California in the 1980s and 1990s.
He's my spirit animal
I feel positive that I've already seen this one..🤷♀️ Edit: Yea, it's a rerun, but wow! I forgot the plaintiff was extra, Extra crazy to the defendant!!
I always feel like I’ve watched multiple of them already as if they just repost them.
You have; I saw it, too.
yes it's a rerun
There's an audience and no monitors so yes,you seen already
It’s a rerun, it’s UA-cam? How can you expect all new shows?
The defendant seems like a good soul. I'm glad to see the judge be stern but caring towards the plaintiff. Mental & substance abuse issues are no joke so I really hope she gets the help she needs to get back on her feet & maybe find a way to makeup for her behavior towards the defendant & others she may have wronged.
Judge is a true professional. love her
The plaintiff is very unstable. I'd run from her. She needs to talk to somebody.
Such a sad case.. I felt so sad for the Defendant 🥺🥺
I'm happy her answer was no.... She deserves better..... That plaintiff is a piece of work 13:53
I had a friend like this once…. Keyword: HAD ✌🏾
Ahahahaha, not a surprise!
Toxic…good for you. Life’s too short.
Good Riddance
JM, you're incorrect disagreeing with the Defendant about how she thinks the Plaintiff feels about her.
The Plaintiff is a chronic user
As someone who once suffered from severe depression, if someone told me to kill myself, it would be over with them forever. There's no going back from something like that, in my opinion, regardless of apologies or future actions.
"Go smoke ten or more joints" LOL
Sure would🤣
Mixing friends with money is messy, and if you’re going to do it, it has to be crystal clear.
You were very generous to allow her to live with you for free for almost a year. I'm sorry that she took advantage of your kindness.
Your husband is nice my husband wouldn't allow that happen
I'm starting to wonder if Judge MM also has a doctorate in psychology 🤔 She spends 50% of her time counseling both parties. She is an Angel in a Black robe of Justice 🤗❤️ GOD BLESS Judge MM ♥️♥️
I've seen several plaintiffs appear to play the crying card in an attempt to make their case better. This does not seem to be one of them.
Lmao ,you have a shopping cart,it had wheels on it should have kept it pushing 😂😆
To the plaintiff.Change your attitude so you won't jump from one friend to another.Learn to cherish friendship and the good people around you.Don't abuse them.Grow up.
Wow. Someone ADMITTED being wrong.
This Plaintiff is literally freaking CRAZY!!!! Then has a nerve to TRY and sue her. She needs HELP!
Cases like these just cause people to be less trusting, or help others. So sad!
7:38 - Needs the 'that escalated quickly' meme!
I don't see how the judge doesn't have any friends that would let her sleep on her couch! If I have a living room or an extra spare bedroom, my friend ALWAYS has a place to go. I don't have a lot of them, but the few I have can definitely stay
People are so ungrateful. The Plaintiff is a clown.
Spot on! 💯 a manipulative Narcissist
😂😂😂😂 The guy behind the plaintiff tapping on his head when JM asks What's wrong here? 😂😂😂😂😂
Crazy how the peoples court been living in my head rent free the last couple days
Our Philly accents just kill me 😂
Like nails in a chalkboard…..
@@kellyannr4171 damn that was mean...but also, yes.
The difference between broke friends and rich friends
I wish I had a friend like the defendant. Blessings to all. 🕊
Well first be careful letting people move in "until they get themselves together". Those texts were downright cruel.
Guarantee the plaintiff will be back asking the defendant for a place to stay or something else. Sociopaths only see people as a means to an end and seemingly forget the past. No regard.
THE PLAINTIFF IS A HEADCASE
There is something wrong with the plaintiff. The defendant is 1 friend everybody should have.
The Defendant probably wanted to say, "Nooooo, '''WE'" talk about other people; not just ''''ME.'''' lololol!
The counterclaim was never for rent, it was for apartment services, laundry, pet sitting, so what the announcer said was incorrect
@9:50 dude behind the plaintiff 😂
Listening to her lash out texts had me like "GOTDAYUMM" 🤣
I agree with the defendant she she says that she thought the plaintiff was a friend but all the while she hated her.
The defendant is a smart lady. Some people never realize they have used smh and stand up for themselves.
Sad story. Friends should not treat each other that way.
Now that you have burned your bridges what will you do when you become homeless next time!
Precisely some people have to learn shit the hard way
I threw away a "friends" things after we had a falling out. I reached out to her and her family to get her stuff and they never did so after 30 days I tossed it all! Shoes, clothes, baby stuff, important papers and all!
Oooo it's a sneak rerun! :) lol I don't think I can ever forget this one, even with a different name, but yeah! :) Still thanks for the upload.
She shouldn't be crying like that after what she did
I think that the plaintiff was stressed and took it out on her friend. Listen, Being homeless on a couch, And struggling to find a place is so hard.
this whole thing was an utter mess, Im just glad the
defendant got that crazy thing out of her life ❤
It’s Douglas sliding the plaintiff tissue
“Friends for 15 years, until they lived together” sounds like the story of my life. Do not live with your friends if you wanna keep being friends.
She just sounded like a spoiled
child.
I would've cussed out the plaintiff back 😅 Sorry I'm not perfect but sometimes you just gotta give it back to them haha
You work 50 hrs a week but cant find a place to live and wouldn't pay rent in a friends place!? Something is off. A long time friend is using someone who is kind to her and then cries she got rid of her stuff that she said to get rid of?!
"I need a cig,the weed is not cutting it with you b----" omg plaintiff is a nut hahaha wow! those texts!
"Plaueeeze". Love the announcer. Another case of the plaintiff needing a place to live and the defendant is so mean she threw my expensive valuables away. She delivers pizza yet she claims to have over 2,000 bucks of junk she brings with her. I call these people professional victims because they want someone else to blame for their sad lives.
when she started crying i laughed.... she wasout of line and then she cries... haha what
With friends like the plaintiff who needs enemies? I would never allow someone to mooch on me like that. Plus she brought an animal. She has some nerve!
Absolutely Absurd
It’s amazing how people can be so wrong and still be the victim ‼️
Plaintiff sounds like a mooch to me
when she said all that mean shit, she was talking about herself, we already know her son disappoints her by selling drugs and if he loved her wouldnt have left her homeless on another womens couch for 8 months, HE DOESNT LOVE HER so she took that out on her friend
this is so sad. “no good deed goes unpunished” indeed
