The Defendent either sold or gave Dino away. She claimed it wasn't her responsibility to take care of the dog but she clearly accepted responsibility when she decided to take care of Dino until the Plaintiff came home. However, to be fair The Defendent could have charged the Plaintiff more money although unfortunately due to health problems she could not be there to pick up Dino on time. In the end, the Defendent is hateful and very unremorseful about her actions.

They liked the dog, so they kept the dog. They made up stories about aggression to validate why she gave him away to a friend/family member. The plaintiff shouldn't be surprised if in a few months from then, the dog shows up at the defendant's home.

The defendant is heartless & careless there’s no way the dog was dropped off @ the ASPCA because if that were the case she would have had proof to show the judge. She sold it to someone and the plaintiff is absolutely right the dog is priceless I’m an animal lover myself I remember when my childhood dog “Sparky” died I was 🥵💔 I cried like a baby that’s how sad I was. Judge Milian should have awarded the plaintiff’s every 💰 that they were suing for because pets are like family members and they’re more loyal than most people 💯 I hope they can find “Dino” 🙏🏿🙏🏿

She had PROOF she was in the hospital. Mistakes happen. It’s so crazy how I know JMathis would have given her the money QUICK! But that’s his court and it’s different. But man. $1000? That’s crazy.
