Love your reaction but i've one last question for you.. Scaramouche Scaramouche will you do the fandango?
Loved it!!
...Why would anyone want that, considering that you can't speak English intelligibly but you also did not include captions while speaking in English?
Это самая известная группа! Самая крутая! Queen!
As an opera singer, surely you've heard the Queen album Barcelona.
“Guys,” this is one of the greatest rock songs ever performed by one of the most legendary rock bands (Queen), and lead singers (Freddie Mercury) of all time. The originality, vibrancy, transitions, lyrics, and lead singer’s voice are all jaw-dropping. When this started playing on FM stations back in late 1975, everyone stopped, mouths dropped open, tears formed in many eyes, and everyone asked, “What the hell did I just hear?” I’m so glad I grew up in this era (late ‘60’s to late ‘80’s) - the best years ever for popular music. Read it and weep.
No need to weep, it worth sharing
@@ROYALTEHILLAHTVREACT, If you haven't already heard, there's also the song "Barcelona" that Freddie does with an opera singer in duet. You'll probly appreciate that one.
@@allanbaker3958 have done it already
@@ROYALTEHILLAHTVREACT, sorry, new, didn't notice.
@@ROYALTEHILLAHTVREACT , ever hear Queen's "Show must go on"?
Mark my words. Within 100 years, Freddie Mercury will join the ranks of Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, and others in the ranks of greatest classical musicians of all time
Indeed
100 years?. He's already there. ;-)
Yes including that of Lennon and McCartney and probably Burt Bacharach as well. Timeless and gorgeous music. Bob Dylan for his poetry will be there too.
Justin Bieber, I don't think so although his name starts with a B. Beach Boys, maybe. They get around!!
I will not disagree with you sir that is where he belongs he was a genius for merging those sounds that way because he was doing it before anybody
I wouldn't say classical, maybe Bohemian Rhapsody
I am so flabbergasted that there are still people in this world who have not heard this song before, but it's so fun watching people experience Queen for the first time. Freddie Murcery (in my opinion) is still the single greatest vocalist of all time. His talent was (and is) beyond compare.
Seriously
Best vocalist of those famous in the west, but dimash kudaibergen takes the cake, you should check him out (:
"It's Mercury darlin"
I’ve heard parts of it before but never knew it was from the same song lol. I started listening to reaction song accidentally but realized I’d hear songs I never heard before so now I’m just giving all genres a chance
There is no way you get to that age and haven't heard queen and/or Bohemian Rhapsody unless you live under a rock. First reaction vid maybee, but i don't buy it.
You’ve just discovered the greatest song ever written by one of the greatest bands ever to have walked the Earth.
They are great indeed
@@ROYALTEHILLAHTVREACT Iam so jealous, i would give decent ammount money if i can hear this song again first time

You can say that again
I’m a 2000 baby and whenever I listen to Bohemian Rhapsody I get goosebumps
Seriously
This is what was known as Rock Opera. Freddie was working on writing 3 different songs and had the genius inspiration to combine them into this one epic song. This was recorded back in 1975 when glam rock was popular.
Thanks so much for watching 🤩
False
this is not rock opera genre
educate yourself
@@RoverWaters Bohemian Rhapsody" is a song written by Freddie Mercury, originally recorded by the band Queen for their 1975 album A Night at the Opera. The song is a rock opera song and has a very unusual musical structure for a piece of popular music. Educate yourself.
@@susanengland3919 False
you should learn the definition of rock opera
this is not rock opera
This is not a rock opera. A rock opera fills an entire album. "Tommy" by the Who is a rock opera. This is a song.
In my mind, this is the perfect song ever written and produced. I never tire of hearing it. And neither do thousands of Green Day audiences, decades later...
One of Freddie's best ever performances was at the Green Day concert in Hyde Park in 2017... and he obviously wasn't even there!
Sure, thank you
@@tnetroP ohh yes.. that one was epic....i do think he would have aproved though
No.......You're kidding me........Green Day perform Bohemian Rhapsody? HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS??????? Right I have some searching to do.
@@SilentHotdog28 well it is not actually Green day performing, but in the warm up to the actual concert, bohemian Rhapsody was played over the loudspeakers and the crowd .. went bananas...
I'm getting old, I was a student when this topped the charts. The vid. looks a bit dated now but was a revolution in'75. The music is immortal.
Wow, that was pretty long time ago, thanks so much for watching
I doesn't look dated. It looks iconic.
Bohemian Rhapsody was "only" written more than a decade before my birth, but it is a song that modern people rank alongside Beethoven and Mozart.
This is one of the greatest songs ever written, and I am fully willing to bet money that it will continue to be seen as such for the next hundred years.
@@reklin The impact it made was huge back in '75. Both the music and, what was then a ground breaking video. I still remember the buzz around campus, everyone was talking about it.
To think that the video was put together in 4 hours of editing. Of course they recorded the stage performance and stuff before that, but they needed the video quick because they were going on tour and needed something to replace them on Top of the Pops. And thus the music video was born
This is one of the best compositions, best performances and best recordings ever in Rock history.
Christmas was Freddie's favorite holiday. He left Christmas presents for his friends to receive after his death, He died in November and they had presents from him at this Christmas also. He loved to give more than to receive.
You said, it wasn't what you expected. Listening to Queen has a rule: Always expect the unexpected. Would like to see more reactions to Queen of you.

So beautiful
So impressed by the way Brian May's electric guitar takes on the role of an orchestra string section. His solos would be just as appropriate being played by violins, you can almost hear it in your head.
Thats awesome
Yes Brian May was an electronics nerd... he created "Guitar pedals" which amplified bass/reverb.echo etc... that took off in a big way!
I’d really like to recommend that you listen to Brighton Rock. 10 brilliant minutes of Brian smashing it.

I love how you can feel the emotion in every lyric of the song. He's not just singing it, he's feeling it, it's very personal to him, and it makes the song so much more powerful as a result, in my opinion.

'Cause you're right, and I've gone years without realizing this fact.
Once you go down the rabbit hole known as Queen, the journey is mind blowing.. legendary band, Queen, legendary singer, Freddie Mercury, and legendary and most iconic song of all time.. all of their songs were and still iconic.
I was lucky enough to have seen Queen in 1982 during their last USA tour. Their performance was second to none!
Great
One of the greatest things about experiencing Queen in concert in 1977, right after the Release of "A Day at the Races": The envy of my kids 40 years later: "You have seen Queen LIVE!??"
The middle section was intended to be of operatic in nature and in fact they never tried to recreate it live they would just play that section over the speakers. Freddie Mercury wanted to write an epic song with an operatic quality to it and I think he accomplished it and the band together made a classic song.
Great
Freddie Mercury is the Lead Vocalist , The Guitar Player was not Freddie, it was Brian May, one of the most truly unique , and legendary guitarists still alive today. This song is acclaimed as a masterpiece of Rock , Pop music. Queen was to the rock scene , what Mozart was to classical. Uncompromise'd excellence in every way .
Freddie plays piano and keys on this one.
Brian is also an astrophysicist, I think he was working on his dissertation while he played with Queen.
Thanks so much

Freddie Mercury is a Global Rock Icon. This song was covered by Angelina Jordan in a jazz version and shortened because she was on AGT and they like 2 minutes or so to do their song. In the beginning of the song the multiple voices were all Freddy Mercury harmonizing with his self. Scaramooch was the whole band.
Hmmm.. great talent
I was 11 years old when this classic song was released there Is no song that can match this song & video & there never will be I hope Freddie is still singing this song where ever he is
This is the first promo video. In the UK a tv show called Top of the Pops always did a chart rundown on the BBC with all the top climbers on the show. If the artist was unable to preform a dance group would interpret the music in dance but how do you dance to this. Queen was on tour and unable to do the show so made this video to promote the song. You should react to Queen at Band Aid.👍🏴🇬🇧🤠
A promo request😄...
I think you mean Live Aid.
Band Aid was another thing, more in line with We Are The World. They are famous for the song Do They Know It's Christmas that was preformed 84/85 something like that.

pretty sure he wasn't the first to cross music genres, to collaborate with a singer/musician from another field of music.
@@RoverWaters That's what I've read more-than-once; I suppose it might not be correct, but so far I haven't read something contradicting it.
Maybe more specifically, what I'd read was referencing the genres of rock music and/or classical/opera mixing... which unquestionably had not happened before. As-a-matter-of-fact, when Barcelona came out, Pavarotti called it the "dumming down of opera"... until it was successful, then a couple of years later he did his own cross-music-genre collaboration.
Two of the world’s greatest songwriters got write their own requiems. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Freddy Mercury.
Time when music used to come from the heart and soul
This entire album that this song is on is a theme album. It is a rock opera throughout the album. And Freddie Mercury has a voice that is so smooth and can go from very low to extremely high in one motion.

This was rock opera. sadly it wasn't around long as not many bands had the talent for it. Freddie Mercury was magical. I traveled across the country, Alberta to Quebec, 5000 miles return, to see Queen in Montreal on my birthday Nov 24, 1981. I'll never forget it and it's been over 40 years. I was 14 when this came out .As soon as I could afford I caught the train into Sydney and straight to the import record store and bought myself the album. When I got home I could not wait to listen to the album but I had to wait for my parents to come home as I was only allowed to use the stereo with their permission and that at least one of them was home. Eventually they got home and shortly afterwards I asked for permission and was told yes I could use it but only with the headphones as they did not like my music tastes. My mother spots the album cover and laughs out loud at the title and asks me if my musical taste has finally lead me to what kind of music her and dad liked ? Which just made me piss myself laughing which of course mum didn’t understand why so I asked her if I could play a song out loud for them to be able to hear it,so I did and it was only when the first guitar riff kicks in did they realise it was that “so called rock music “ and told me to put the headphones on. My parents were big fans of classical, opera and musicals.

I first heard this song in 1975. I have been enjoying it ever since! Its wonderful to hear your reaction! I absolutely loved it!
Glad you enjoyed it
Firstly, to really appreciate the music LET IT PLAY THOUGH without interruption. Secondly, this song highlights how talented song writers were prior to, say, the 90's. Mercury, wrote the words, the music and the arrangement, then produced it. 'Singers' of today have a team of writers to write a song that has 5 or 6 words in it, then a team to produce the 'song' then it is run through an autotune and a series of computers until the singer sounds as though she/he has talent. Mercury had talent and a love for classical and opera.
She can’t just let it play through - she would be done for copyright infringement. Besides, it’s a reaction video. The stopping and commenting is part of it.
You're welcome
The piano player and the lead guitar are NOT the same person with two different outfits! They are two different people. Queen is a band, not a person. Glad you enjoyed it!
Now i know, its because that was my first time hearing

That's Brian May on the guitar, not Freddie 😉
EDIT - It doesn't matter who you are or how many times you've heard it, when "the part" comes you KNOW instinctively to do SOMETHING! Clap, nod your head, bounce your body...and for ANYONE who grew up with Wayne's World, we HEADBANG!!! 🤘😄
I was sure this would be a big surprise for you. So glad you love it.
