This girl is only 13, and might be shy about being in front of a camera. Big brother might have done well to ask her a few leading questions about the song, to draw her out so that she could share her thoughts and impressions more easily. It's far easier to respond to a direct question than to be presented with, "so, what did you think," when you're nervous and just want this filming thing to be over. :)

Steve, you're a good big brother for introducing your little sis to some great music. I saw Queen in concert in The Bay Area, twice in the 80s. Both great shows.
Doesn’t matter what age you are, if you’re a techno minded, rock minded or classic minded person. Every normal function brain pauses and stops doing what it was doing when Freddy starts to sing.
I was lucky enough not only to grow up listening to Queen and Bowie (first gig was Bowie in 1973 and saw Queen in 1974 and Christmas Eve 1975 at Hammersmith) I was also lucky enough to grow up near where Queen came from, Roger lived in a bedsit in Kew Road Richmond (many years later I found he lived at 220 and my friend lived at 222a and I never bumped into him!) in 1974 my best mate got a job in White Heart Lane Barnes where it seemed Roger moved after he left the bedsit I saw him and Brian leaving his house a few times there was a wine bar at the end of the road 3 years later I got a job there and it seems Roger used to pop in and sold them his speakers they used by this time he’d moved to Windsor and given the house to his sister Claire who used to pop in after work and was a really nice lady. Brian lived round the corner off Barnes Common I used to see him and his wife and young kids at the Barnes fair but never bothered him while he was with his family, saw him at the Feltham Garden Center with his parents once as well (they lived/he came from Feltham) I finally got his Autograph when saw him near there in a McDonalds with his by then grown up daughter. Lastly my friend has just moved to Kensington and found out few weeks ago in 1970 Freddie lived in that road at number 36. I can’t explain what I thought when I first heard this song it was mind blowing, I need to have it played at my funeral along with a Bowie song!
I think the most iconic part about Freddie's voice that really no one points out is that after some of his lyrics he either does a short exhale or inhale and then yells "Yeah!" or "hey hey!"
I always loved how Freddie made love to that half a mic stand when he would sing. The first time I heard this song I was 12, and saw it on MTV. Was in love with the group since that day.

"very good reaction video"... ehm...there was no reaction. unless a little bit of nodding your head counts as a reaction. don't be afraid to say the truth
They have head them, they just don't know it was them singing in numerous commercials, movies, tv shows, etc. I think it's safe to say parts of their songs are used in more of these genres than any other band. Not to mention, unless these you people live under a rock and don't watch any sports including the Super Bowl, they don't know we are the champions every time a team wins the title. I could go on.
How can you not know that?! i feel like i know this since i was born. Well i am maybe a bit weird when it comes to music because i am only 15 and love old rock music but well.....
Sabrina you have so much great music from human history to listen to. Don't let others tell you what is good take time to listen and decide for your self.
LOL. His sister wasn't quite sure what she just heard.....but whatever it was, it subconsciously raised her musical awareness unlike anything else could today.
I agree its a crime if she claims to like music id give her queen greatest hits 1-3 and say when you fight the urge to not sing to bohiemian rhapsody then you like music
I would've liked to hear more of what your sister had to say about the song. That said, thank you for introducing her to an incredible song and incredible band. Queen is forever through their music. Freddie is forever through his voice.
She's around the age I was when this song came out. I guess it was so revolutionary at the time that my reaction then was considerably more animated. In 1975-1976, we were really blown away by this song. There was nothing like it then, and I don't really think there's been anything like it since. Rush got pretty close to it, but not many have had the talent and vision to emulate it.
folks, may I ask what kind of reaction you've spotted in this video? I know it's entertaining to see someone listening to one of your favorite songs for the first time. but calling the simple listening of the song a reaction is just wrong, plain and simple.
An entire opera in one song. One of the classics of modern music. It should be mandatory on high school curricula along with "Stairway To Heaven", "On The Turning Away", "Won't Get Fooled Again" and "Imagine".
Alexander, thank you for saying that. Obviously she didn't react the way she was supposed to according to the "older" generation. I'm very happy to meet you

It's not a rock opera, it's a rock song with a section that has obvious opera influence. The Who's Tommy was a rock opera, and it came out in 1969.
They used tape to record this masterpiece that Freddy wanted and almost burned it. Like you said, no autotune just talent.

I'm 13 and I really appreciate their songs. I've cried multiple times
I’m 13 and they are incredible. I’ve been obsessed with them for years now they are just so amazinf
I don't think she has a a problem with the video. Maybe her problem is with Insensitivity from jerks like you
Oh yeah, cause young people “don’t know real music”? Fuck you, boomer!
I liked your sister, she is very beautiful
STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS! 💥 I remember the exact moment I first heard this. It was on my radio. I was 14 years old, growing up in Canada. Mindblowing! ♥💚💜❤
I’m 15 and still listen to bohemian rhapsody. Because Freddie has the best singing voice ever
4:45-4:53 Your sister bopped her head during that part. I'd say that's "Mission Accomplished"! 😃
😂😂😂 yes
So many people being introduced to queen...it will never stop.
Very good reaction video. It reminds me at the time with one of my brothers listening to music. I was the younger sister, too.
"very good reaction video"...
ehm...there was no reaction.
unless a little bit of
nodding your head counts as a reaction.
don't be afraid to say the truth
Girl, this is the best song you will ever hear!!
The way she popped her eyes to the "open your eyes" . I lost it.
Your sister seems to be smart and funny... and has amazing hair! Perfect person to have in your corner... you are so lucky to have her - and she you!
Thanks for introducing your sister to Queen. I have been surprised to learn how many adults have not heard Queen.
I could go on.
she is shook! she is devastated! she loves Justin Bieber and Harry Styles so much because they are SO GOOD!
How can you not know that?! i feel like i know this since i was born. Well i am maybe a bit weird when it comes to music because i am only 15 and love old rock music but well.....
@00:49 that smile when you know you're at the beginning of something great and the person sat next to you has no idea...
At one point in the video, you both have your arms folded in exactly the same way. It’s sweet. #siblingbond
Sabrina you have so much great music from human history to listen to. Don't let others tell you what is good take time to listen and decide for your self.
LOL. His sister wasn't quite sure what she just heard.....but whatever it was, it subconsciously raised her musical awareness unlike anything else could today.
Beautiful, beautiful Freddie.
QUEEN FOREVER ♥️♥️♥️
The second time she hears it should be when she watches Wayne's World!
I recommend the live version of that masterpiece
Totally!
Shrek is only second to that historic and beautiful masterpiece of a movie
'Cool' wow, in-depth reaction. Come on, let her talk! You basically played the song and that was it.
How in the world can you go 13 years without hearing Bohemian Rhapsody???
It almost make me think, that she have been living in a box...
I agree its a crime if she claims to like music id give her queen greatest hits 1-3 and say when you fight the urge to not sing to bohiemian rhapsody then you like music
The song with no chorus what a fucking masterpiece
She’s adorable.
shes so cute
Did you tell her the lead guitarist has a PHD in Astrophysics? All of them are seriously smart as well as musically talented.
Haha, I like the way you two look at each other. His sister is being nice. She’s like, give me Taylor Swift! lol
My wife and daughter would kill for her nails! LOL
I would've liked to hear more of what your sister had to say about the song. That said, thank you for introducing her to an incredible song and incredible band. Queen is forever through their music. Freddie is forever through his voice.
U don't just start off with Bohemian Rhapsody if she now starts listening u got to start with the classic. We will rock u, pressure those.
One of the greatest bands of all time
You guys are Seriously adorable. Loved this reaction.
See? This is the perfect reaction to her reaction.
folks, may I ask what kind of reaction you've spotted in this video?
I know it's entertaining to see someone listening to one of your favorite songs for the first time. but calling the simple listening of the song a reaction is just wrong, plain and simple.
Awesome reaction! Check out 1986 Wembley "Another one bites the dust"
got it!
Who wants to live forever... In live that was amazing...
This song is pure magic.
@@冴羽獠-u8m Yes I agree! I wished id seen it live!Of course I own That dvd and watch the entire concert! Over and over!😁
@@冴羽獠-u8m I have to agree with you. I didn't even think about it. 😭😭😭😭 I am so sorry
An entire opera in one song. One of the classics of modern music. It should be mandatory on high school curricula along with "Stairway To Heaven", "On The Turning Away", "Won't Get Fooled Again" and "Imagine".
The only to truly react to this song is only with the use of headphones. What a difference will blow your mind.
I am jealous of the 13 year old kids, they have so much great music to discover, long live UA-cam.
Im 14 and seeing someone 1 year younger listen to masterpieces makes me have faith on my own generation again
Alexander, thank you for saying that. Obviously she didn't react the way she was supposed to according to the "older" generation. I'm very happy to meet you
You'd better get used to what 'your generation' listens to. It will never be like this again.
The people who are talented never live a long life
My 3 year old daughter loves Queen.
Good on you to educate your sister
