Absolutely loved it, thank you so much! It was hard but I feel great that I did it. The only thing that could make this video better is a countdown timer - it's encouraging to keep on going when you know there are just a few seconds left. Otherwise it feels like eternity 😅

I love your videos! I have been doing this one for the last week and I feel awesome! It's short, I sweat, and the mods are helpful. I have lost 2lbs, but more importantly, things are tightening up and I feel stronger and sleep better. I have a 1-2 finger gap from my diastasis recti and my kid is almost 2! I figure I will live with it forever, but appreciate your education and mods for this issue.

@@princesseville6889 Hi! Actually I will always have a gap. I went from 3 to 1 finger gap and started working with a personal trainer to maintain/strengthen the progress. If the workouts don't work and the gap is impacting your daily life then I think surgery might be able to help (but I would get as much information about that before undergoing a major surgery).
Just did this workout last night, I was sweating so much lol I didn’t think I would feel it today but oh man was I wrong! I’m so sore but in all the right areas lol I’m 8 months postpartum so I’m excited to lose all this baby weight. Thank you so much for your videos ☺️

I crushed this workout......... feels soooo gud. I do my best to keep fit but my last pregnancy was just off. I am 1 year postpartum and I'm not as fit as i was with the previous pregnancies. I did my old workout routines to a point where it just stopped working. But you workouts are so well structured, from preview to music, and they are super super effective..... A few of the floor workouts were difficult for me due to arthritis in my hands, but the rest made me feel so energized! Will definitely be trying to do these as much as I can while my 11 month old watches Sesame Street! 😃
