    Hi! I just want to share with you that I have been doing this workout 4-5 times a week for 3 weeks and i can see results but more importantly I can really feel results, thank you 🙏🏼

      @@maryamzahra1577 I wouldn’t say this caused any weight loss but it definitely strengthened my body and as I got stronger I could do more intense exercise. Honestly walking is the best way in my opinion x

      Hi
      I just wanted to share that I've been doing these for 5 x a week for 7 weeks now and I am SO toned!
      I've also lost ALL my post baby weight as my daughter is just coming to 4 months old. I think your videos are perfect for my fitness level as apart from walking lots during pregnancy I didmt work out at all as I'm a uni student, mum to 2 under 2's and home maker. Thank you so much these videos really help my anxiety too xx

    Trust! I'm a workout-holic but after the C-section I couldn't even take a normal walk for what felt like forever. I'm starting the seventh week postpartum and this is working great 👍 this is my third completed workout and I have no bad pain only what I call the "happy pain" (sore muscles) thank you for making all this available

    Trust! I am so excited I found these workouts. I have always been an athlete and had quick recoveries but when it comes to c section recovery, I am definitely unsure of what to do. Thank you for these videos! They are helping me feel more like myself again.

    August 26, 2024 at 73kg My first workout after c-section, 3.5 months postpartum.
    Moves are Comfortable enough to do, i felt my joint needed this workout. So exited to start my weight loss journey.

    Trust! Absolutely loved this workout. I did your workouts all the way through my pregnancy and they made me much fitter and stronger than I was pre-pregnancy, and definitely helped my recovery from my section so much smoother. Waited the advised 6 weeks before doing full workouts again, and loved this one too. Thank you so much! Have been recommending them to anyone who is pregnant or just after their baby.

    Felt so good after this. My c section scar doesn’t hurt at all. My biggest struggle has been finding a workout that doesn’t hurt as I was a everyday workout out person

    Trust! Loving these workouts and postpartum yoga. I've have two children and I didn't have any issues recovering (in hindsight I think anyone who delivers a baby should do some kind of recovery exercises). After this last pregnancy of twins I feel like my body is broken. Your videos have helped me tremendously. Thank you!

      @@ra_az. yes you should be fine, but if you feel any pain or discomfort, or have any coning or doming of your stomach while doing any of the exercises then don't continue.

    Trust, I'm 5 months postpartum and trying to motivate myself I found this workout and really enjoyed it, it was pleasant to watch and can feel it working but it's not exhausting which is nice because I also have a 6 year old. Going to try the challenge videos . Keep making them!
