@@maryamzahra1577 I wouldn’t say this caused any weight loss but it definitely strengthened my body and as I got stronger I could do more intense exercise. Honestly walking is the best way in my opinion x

I think your videos are perfect for my fitness level as apart from walking lots during pregnancy I didmt work out at all as I'm a uni student, mum to 2 under 2's and home maker. Trust! I'm a workout-holic but after the C-section I couldn't even take a normal walk for what felt like forever. I'm starting the seventh week postpartum and this is working great 👍 this is my third completed workout and I have no bad pain only what I call the "happy pain" (sore muscles) thank you for making all this available

Felt so good after this. My c section scar doesn’t hurt at all. My biggest struggle has been finding a workout that doesn’t hurt as I was a everyday workout out person

I've have two children and I didn't have any issues recovering (in hindsight I think anyone who delivers a baby should do some kind of recovery exercises). Trust, I'm 5 months postpartum and trying to motivate myself I found this workout and really enjoyed it, it was pleasant to watch and can feel it working but it's not exhausting which is nice because I also have a 6 year old. Going to try the challenge videos . Keep making them!
