    Hi! If you're starting pilates, keep in mind that the first work out is ALWAYS the worst if you struggle in the beggining that's just normal and don't be extreme just be consistent

    You do one of those thing where it looks so graceful and soft. And when I actually get to it, my muscles were like "wait a minute....." *burn* Love this so much! Catching up on two workouts in one day, onto the leg one!

    I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, I do cardio and weight lift, but I've always been curious to try out pilates, but I've never really started because I thought I would get bored of the slow movements. I just tried this out and I'm in loooove. so calming and relaxing, I really felt my whole body working and it was too good

    Me thinking it will be easy because is “short” pilates… ended up with sweaty body like i was running for an hour. Love this exercise as a beginner in pilates❤️❤️❤️

    I will start my Pilates journey today (02/03) and I thought it would be easy but ofc not I died a lil heart attack while doing this but thank you so much. I really feel like I did something for my body

    This was my first workout 1 year after having my daughter so it’s been a long time. And before that I never worked out for more than a few minutes. This was so great! I was burning so bad and then you would give us a stretch to relax in and I will be following along from now on

    I just cannot describe how much I love your workouts! Such a masterpiece, it's not so intensive, but really effective! And also I admire you a lot for speaking during video, it encourages not to give up and also not to feel lonely! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Lo acabo de terminar y felizmente, puedo decir que aunque es mi primera vez haciendo esto, lo logré completar por completo y sin descansos.

    Thank you!! I appreciate this so much! I have really bad knee and shoulder problems… I’m not even that old lol I struggle with staying active and working out! This was not too much! But got an excellent burn 🔥❤️

    This is my first pilates workourt in my life and i thought it will be easy ,but dam it is so hard my body had never did moves like that and i was sweating like rain getting out of my skin 😂😂😂 , i couldn't complete the video but i felt good my musles still shaking after this workout

      ​@@SanneVloet it went great! As a long time runner, my hamstrings are very tight, so I cannot get my legs to 90 degrees while laying down 😅 Maybe you can add a day for Pilates for runners? hehe
      One controversial thought: I don't like when these workouts have background music. Again, this is probably just me :)
      Looking forward to this again tomorrow! Will probably start my day with this. Thanks Sanne!

    I really enjoyed it. I do lifting weight but I needed a little bit of change and that’s exactly what I needed. Combined to cardio I think that might be the perfect way to loose fat ( not weight girls ! ) 😌
    I’m addicted !

    Am I too old to try this ? I'm 57. I used to do yoga years ago. But as soon as I hit 50 I thought I'd be too old to do any of this I'm going to try it. I have no health issues I know to be safe.. Pilates is gentle on the body. Thank you Sanne 🙂
