Had a baby 10 months ago and your thigh workout really helped me out postpartum! Trying this one now and it’s kicking my butt but I know if I do it at least a few times every week, I’ll get stronger ❤️
This challenge has completely transformed my feelings about pilates!!! I am a convert and I can see myself doing 15 mins of pilates forever now. Thank you so much Sanne for sharing your workouts with us
I absolutely love this series! I love how we also get the stretched and breathing to release all that tension. Literally perfect. cant wait for day 4 :)
i struggle a lot with side planks because my arms are literally sticks and have no strength and my shoulders easily start hurting from carrying my weight. does anyone else relate? should i train my arms and shoulders more or am i placing/holding them wrongly?
Upper body strength overall should help. However, I feel the lat muscles in my back are activated a lot during side planks. Maybe try lat pull downs or assisted pull-ups?

Just did the second one today and let me tell you, my butt and legs are already SORE! :P Love your pilates workouts, I've been doing your last series 2-4 times a week since they came out and I feel so much stronger and my back is loving the regular stretches
I done 3 days challenge. I can tell you, my all body is aching and I can felt my abs is getting there. I wish to have sane flat tummy. Thanks for your workout. I feel excited and aching at same time. ❤❤❤
Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
I do workouts in combination of Lilly sabri Nina dapper and Sanne vloet for abs and small waist and I love the results thank u girls your such an inspiration to me❤️

I relate. My shoulders literally hurt. I don’t want to train arms though /: lol
