I came to this workout because I felt angry, frustrated, and sad. I never take time to breathe or relax during workouts and I did this as a warmup. It really really helped me refocus and get out of my bad headspace.
Thank you~
Thank you sooo sooo much for your hard work and creating these videos. Not only is the music wonderful every time, but I’m progressing through several injuries that not even physical therapy could help.
You’re a goddess.
This workout felt so therapeutic instead of just a quick movement to get in my workout for the day it felt very calming in the end 💕 will be doing this every day
I really enjoyed it. It's way more intense than it looked, I wasn't expecting so much burn from a slow-paced workout.
Love it already, there’s no way Pam is going to disappoint us👏🏻
please Pam, give us more workout like this! It's like you are still working out but also you are stretching in the same time! wow!
Did this workout...ah I can breathe ...it felt so peaceful.
I appreciate that you've branched out you amazing channel to include more variety 😀
❤
so happy to hear 💗💗💗 have a wonderful day!
@@PamelaRf1 I have strech marks on my arm how to get rid off
@@abhijeetkumar1808 you cannot get rid of stretch marks, it's impossible. Stretch marks is just scarred skin. It is there because your skin has stretched. You cannot possibly remove stretch marks through workouts or common whitening creams.
@@abhijeetkumar1808 you need to apply bio oil daily and it will make them less visible and YES it can be unsealed after a period of time if your consistent you can't get rid of them through excercise though

more pilates PLEASE this was my favorite workout. thank you so much Pam, you’re literally the only fitness influencer i watch because your videos are just that good!!!! love u
Hey Pamela!
I have been doing this workout for so long and it’s amazing!
Months ago it was really difficult but now it is really easy. I always squeeze 20 minutes in my evening/night to do this!
It has helped with my core strength and even improved my flexibility!
Thanks Pamela!! 🫶🏼
hii i was wondering if it helps with sliming your waist
@@nevaokti949 I would say so! It also helps strengthen your core and your muscles! It’s very helpful
I am back after a LONG break I had to do to recover from ED and negative body image, I am excited to start this journey with you (this time in a healthy way :)) Love you
this is my very first pilates work out (after months of following all of pamela’s at home normal workouts) and that was so good! it was a bit challenging at certain points, but what workout isn’t, haha. i’m definitely going to be incorporating this into my routine a lot more! i love how slow placed but still really intense it is. thank you, pam!
I have been watching her videos for years and I am absolutely thankful for her sharing her videos and helping us.
I used to be a fan, but after doing this masterpiece I‘m a whole airconditioner!
I loved everything about that workout - Its kinda relaxing and hard at the same time. The music makes it perfect💕 We need more of the Pilates-Pam!!!
Love this lady , and the music choices are diverse 👍🏼
This is my first workout after i stopped exercising for 5 months due to school. I gained some weight, but at least i think im healing my relationship with food in the middle of this chaos. I was underweight in 2021 and didn’t exercise to feel good but to be skinny. I still want to lose some of the weight I gained but i don’t want to become obsessed over it. I want to feel stronger and refreshed. This is really a start over.
that was great, thank you Pamela!
I love the "sneaky" exercises where you think you are training the side abs but the outer thighs are the ones actually burning!
looking forward to practising more of these!
I thought i was the only onee
EVERYTHING BURNS...it's my first day working out after ages! thanks pam, for everything!
I really appreciate your workout style
Quite, but with some nice music, gently, but also difficult
You're just like a good friend of mine who wants to help me with loosing weight but don't want to disturb during workout, so all tips are silent and cute
You do all of exercises with me and don't yell loudly or something
It's exactly what I need
Thank you sm 😭🧡
I LOVE this workout! It's perfect for when I want to work out but don't have a ton of energy, because it's SUPER relaxing and doesn't really take much more energy than just stretching, but still targets a bunch of different muscles! Plus I like how it combines some stretching with strength exercises and how it helps work on balance too (I could use better balance haha)
I am looking forward to more Pilates workouts :D

first pilates workout I've ever done - totally kicked my butt but felt amazing! I'm a couple years into yoga but I haven't explored pilates and I'm so glad I found your channel 😊
I think that I’ve done this workout about 17 times now and I love it everytime, thank you, Pam 🥰
Wow, this workout was relaxingly intense 🤣over before I knew it! Thank you, Pam! 💗
I have been doing this workout ( among a couple others: mostly pamela reifs hit + ab workouts ) and I have to say I feel so much stronger!! As well as that, I have been getting more toned, and I feel so great !! Love this workout sm!!
Holy mother, it’s my fist time doing pilates and wow, I feel like I can die, AND ITS LOW IMPACT, god I’m gonna do this all december and january to see my body change
any updates?
I've been doing your workouts for awhile now, but this was my first time actually doing a slower/stretch/full body routine of yours and I LOVED it!
Thanks so much for the all floor pilates workout! Please do more of these and more with upper body toning! I love your videos, they are so much fun!
Loved this! I've been recovering from severe Covid and used to weightlift so I've been super antsy to get my body moving again without straining myself too much and this felt amazing!
So hard but so calm…you’re truly amazing❤️please never stop!
you are literally AWESOME FOR THIS!!!! thank you so much, this is my first time doing a “pilates” workout and the balance between difficult and light exercises is perfect in my opinion! felt like warming up, stretching, and strength training all at once, and i will be coming back to this vid for sure. unfortunately i can’t do the exercises past 9:00 due to my sciatica but everything else was super super awesome :)))
This workout is just what I needed today! 😃 I recently had ankle surgery and have been trying to find low impact workouts I can actually do. This was perfect!!!
tried pilates for the first time today and i actually loved the feeling and every one of the exercises. thank u so much x
First work out done!🎉 but those side plank excercises were very challenging for me-hoping to get better at them🏋️♀️ Thank you Pam for these wonderful excercises. One down-a life to go🙌🏻
I dint know we had a workout like this. This builds strength better than quick workouts. I will go for it when I am not in the mood for weights.
The best Pilates workout ever, have been training for almost 5 month EVERY DAY, it helps not only to keep the body in a good shape, but also relieves stress 🫶🏻 thank you Pamela so much ♥♥♥🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Greetings from Armenia, Yerevan 🇦🇲♥
This is the most relaxing workout I’ve done in a while. The music choices are immaculate 💜
Great exercise! Looks very easy, but once you actually start doing it you know how challenging it is!
I’ve never committed to anything, like ever, in my life. But this, wow. Pilates has shaped me into a different person and this video was the perfect beginner push me I needed.
this was the perfect way to get back into working out after holidays - thanks so much pam!
Easily the best toning workout I’ve ever done as a beginner.. thanks a lot for the upload. Greetings from Morocco 🇲🇦
Please, more pilates training!! It is great workout and with you this is the best! Thank you!
I can't push the "like" button enough for this one! I love it so much and can't wait for the other Pilates ones!!

this was my first time doing it since pam released it!! i was exited because i always wanted to do pilates but never found a video that suited me, and i must say, damn it is so hard haha. couldn't do every exercise but i will definitely do this video until i master all the movements!! thank you so much pam
what a delight of training, I can't wait to do it
Just finished doing it and it was so fun!!! No sweat for me, which is good 'cause it means I can do it in between classes as much as I want lol (maybe I'll repeat it today even if it's not on the schedule) And, love the new movements as well. Although, I just found out my left side is weaker than my right when I nailed the right side of the knee side planks and the variations but when I switched, I fell in a snap HAHAHAHA. Love you, Pam! More types of workouts for 2022!
this was my first time doing pilates and jesus chrost if this is low impact i don’t even wanna know the intensity that all the pilates fanatics do oh my god💀 this killed ne but i actually really enjoyed it
This is NOT A LOW IMPACT!!! i think they need to know tlthe level or some options for exercises
To much pression in the same aere for to much long time... for me its a No 👍 (im a Fitness instrutor btw)
Low impact means there is more jumping around + air time for your joints, it doesn't necessarily mean an easier difficulty level :)
I've never done pilates before and yoga was always too slow for me, but this was perfect!
Genuinely such a great combo of strength, balance, and stretches that it made me feel so relaxed but also challenged!
I really like it as a rest day stretch, warm-up, or a sweaty cool-down. Please more of this, Pam!
That was challenging but so relaxing at the same time! Thank you Pamela!
