10 minutes,isy,fast,campact every day since semptember 2023 now its 8 of january 2024,my legs,their got so much power now,i can shoot the ball better ,i easily wake up now,cant lie my legs got muscles now ahahha
I’ll tell the results in around a month.
Day 1: (I didn’t write the comment when I done it in day 1) ok so it was a bit tricky, my legs were burning but I will get used to it.
Day 2: (I’m writing this comment on day 2) was a bit easier than day
Day 16: very good, legs becoming stronger
