Want to learn how to vibrate off fat? In this video I will show you a whole body vibration full body workout to drop fat and lose weight. This is a ten minute workout that helps tone up and build muscle.

THE WORKOUT:
10 bicep curls (3 sets)
10 lateral raises (3 sets)
10 push up (3 sets)
10 single leg lunge left leg (3 sets)
10 single leg lunge right leg (3 sets)
10 sec isometric hold transition to 10 russian twists (3 sets)
Repeat 2-3 times depending on you level

To the instructor you said you have the itch because of the vibration try using one of those spandex it really helps it compresses the skin so you won’t have the itch feeling...Happy Vibing

Thanks for the full body workout. I've been thinking of buying this one. I'm 5.2, seeing someone as tall as you use it, encourages me it will work for me. I'm 150lbs and 59 looking to loose 30lbs and for something to do at home. Thanks again for testing this out.

You only need to be on it about 10-15 min. About 3-4 days a week. I have a few more videos with other workouts

Good question. It’ll be fine for children, just limit it to 5-10 min max
Thanks for the video again! Question: do you know why 10 mins, would it be bad if we do more than 10? Also, can we hold weights while we are just standing for 10 mins?
No problem. You can go longer than 10 min for sure. Also you can hold weights as well. The move movement you do on it, the better. Maybe gradually increase the time to see how your body reacts.

I always experience burning and itching when I do a lot of running and I experience the same thing on the vibration plate.

I got mine from QVC it comes with a remote so you can adjust while working out. My question is how many times do you do this a week?
Yea mine has a remote too. Do it at least 3x a week. I’ll post another video workout on it tomorrow as well
For beginners, what level would you suggest vibration?
Good question. I would say stay under 50 for beginners

Yes you can just start off at a low frequency

Yes all you have to do is stand there for only 10 minutes and you will be shredded from head to toe. I'm talking beach body type joint. Don't do nothing just stand on the vibrating machine.
I feel sorry when u sit on vibration machine imagine the planet sacks all the citizens aka ( Sperm ) desperately trying to survive the earthquake 😬 😳
