    Are there safe ways to include dynamic natural movement on vibration plates? Example: In real life, I don’t usually just squat in place & hold it, I squat and reach out in various directions. I also, don’t always squat to reach, I sometimes bend & reach. I think showing safe ways to do this would be helpful.

      Absolutely! Looooove vibe flowing! Check out the advanced workout video em that features some nice flow. Balance your feet and focus in absorbing the vibration symmetrically throughout your body.... The feet are connected the whole way up to your head. Just let the energy roll on up!

    I just recently bought one. My main problem is very bad lower back pain when on my feet about 5 mins. My question is I set down and use the machine, started at 10min, some say it doesn’t make a difference the machine is still effective. I’m hoping after some time I will be able to stand at least 10 min. Any answer will be appreciated.

      Definitely set a goal for 5-10m daily and after a week or few, depending on your activity and fitness level, increase to 10+m with different exercises. You can also try the back chain dominant workout video to improve your posture and learn some new drills!

      I completely tore both my all & meniscus in my left leg so I have no cushioning in my left leg. It has not caused me any pain to use. I started out on low vibrations and small range of motion and have progressed from there. It has strengthen my muscles to support the knee better in general and especially when pivoting.

    • @lordorielrising4673
      @lordorielrising4673 3 роки тому +3

      I bought this specifically to help me as I age. It has helped me strengthen my muscles to support my joints. It’s also helped me identify knots and muscle chains that need to be loosened up so the joint they are protecting has freer movement. I had right hip pain and inflammation which caused my muscles in the hips lower back, buttock & thighs to tighten up to protect it. The inflammation went down but I couldn’t get the muscles to relax. The vibration plate helped w both the hip pain & loosening those stubborn muscles.
      It has also helped me regain muscle & strength them after being inactive 4 year due to vertigo. It’s been a God send to me.
