    It’s thought though that a longer rest of 2-3mins is better for muscle growth

      You can still build muscle with shorter breaks but yes if your main goal for that exercise day is to lift heavy so you can build muscle. You will need longer breaks for sure.

    I bought this machine many years,I have Ruthmiod Arthritis it very good for my joints,I stand for 40 minutes, Last couple times I sit for 40 minutes, I was very sick my health is much better, hope I can go back to the gym soon.

      If they don’t have the exact one it should be one that looks similar. If not you can use dumbbells instead. You’ve got this.

    Thanks for the video! I learned how to adjust most of the features you showed on this video; however, I noticed he sometimes made an additional adjustment to a lever close to where you adjust the amount of weight. A little circular dial in yellow. What adjustment is that for?

      I believe you are talking about the small incremental weight on top of the machine. That little dial is usually an extra 5lbs. A lot of people don’t notice it but you can take it off if you don’t want it there

    i wanna see upper and lower body split between days and a cardio day. idk if its a good idea for me to do like first day at the gym cardio day then work on lower body the next day then upper body after that then full body workout after that then finish with another cardio day? then rest 2 days or what would you reccomend?
