Glad I found you. I just rejoined Planet Fitness yesterday. I tried this workout and felt good after. At 63 yrs old I can't do the jumping jacks so I just tried to jump as best as I could. Hopefully within time I will be able to jump again. Strange how something you never gave a second thought to as a child you can't do when you haven't done it in years.

The only thing my planet fitness didn’t have was a battle rope. Not quite sure what I should do to substitute for that. But everything else was awesome! Great beginner workout!!!

This is a good workout routine. I'm trying this. Thanks for sharing. Rope pulls are no joke...lol. I do them too...when I first started I was 15-30 secs...now I do 45 secs x 2 and 1 min x 1. 💪🏾

I did a 30 second rope pull right before I caught a cold so I'm avoiding the gym out of courtesy to others and working out at home instead but my fucking arms STILL hurt from the pulls 4 days later. Definitely gonna docthat some more once I feel better! I felt so athletic pulling on that and having my heart racing!
I have major anxiety and so I go to gym at 3am when no one’s there. I hope to use these tips to follow along for weightloss and not let anxiety control my life anymore

Great 👍 video 📹 with your sister man! I got to get back in the gym in the future. I had a Planet Fitness membership around 2016. A lady hit my car and put it out of commission. Then after I had a LA Fitness membership. At the start of the pandemic a older guy 👴 was away from me separated by a treadmill. He started coughing 🤧 without covering his mouth. After that it was a wrap I canceled my membership
You can workout at home too. That might be best. I have a lot of clients who do home workouts. Those are the most safe and time efficient
Currently got the free membership for teens this summer I’m 152.8 5’6 or 5’7 at 14 so I have a lot to do

I been doing this workout for 2 weeks and I still have not found the Ab Swing device! 😂 I don't think my gym has it unfortunately, it looks fun!
Yea maybe all planet fitness gyms don’t have it. That sucks. It’s plenty of other core exercises you can do though. I did a few videos on core that you can follow as well

@@LV2308gmail Yes I did! I also didn't see them my first time. My old location didn't have that area labeled, but if your place has it labeled, you'll find it in the "Core training" area. If not, i would describe it as one big piece of equipment. It has monkey bars, shelves where medicine balls and dumbbells sit, the wire pull thing she was also using, resistance bands hanging on hooks, and both sets of ropes are attached to it too! Hard to explain but you'll get it when you see it lol.

You can do modified jumping jacks. This is where you do the same movement but just step side to side rather than jump

@@BeFitnomenal thank you. I just got done with this work out. The ab swing was the hardest, too much weight on my knees/shins. I did 2 sets. I skipped the stairs stepper cuz again, my knees. I know I could have done more treadmill or a bike instead,but im tired. I will try harder tomorrow. Thank you for posting this.
