Am I the oldest one on here at 74 ? Just bought plate, and glad to have found this tutorial. It will make a difference to strength and balance.

I am 77 and am motivated as I just saw my bone density scores so am just starting with the vibration plate, vitamins, more protein, etc.
This 10 minutes feels sooooo good.

I’m 65 and just got my plate 5 weeks ago. I’m on it for 15 minutes twice a day. I had previously lost 50 lbs and have a lot of loose, flabby skin so I’m hopeful this will help tone me up.

Hey ladies. Also another little tip . This thing works wonders for cellulite ❤I do her workout plus I add more arm and I place my legs on the plate and it literally knocked out my cellulite. But this has been over a 2 year period 😊
Hi can you please explain what you mean when you say you put your legs on the plate (I mean aren't your legs on it when you are standing on it). Thank you so much.
@leslieridenour2734 lol so basically what I mean is instead of standing or sitting in a chair, you would sit on the floor, on a pillow with just your thighs on the plate. So now the focus is mainly on that area . You can definitely tell the difference. It's just different positions to put the focus on just that body part if that makes sense 😊

I have used vibration plates for almost 15 years. Couldn’t imagine creating my level of core strength any other way…
Another tip: for those with balance issues/vertigo, put a high back chair in front of you to hold on to if you need it. Also, sitting in a chair or on a bench in front of the plate while placing your hands in various spots on your legs gives amazing upper body message. (Especially placing your hands on the thighs or at the ankles while sitting. It really works those arms). Experiment with placing your hands at various points on your body while sitting using the plate. These machines are wonderful! 😊❤

So glad I found this channel, i have had the board since 12/23 and used it sporadically but really started last week just getting on it and standing. Bored to tears. I did a search and found this and it definitely motivated me and gave me a routine to challenge me. I am 67, in decent shape, but I did make the mistake of getting on this puppy, cranking it to level 10 for 10 mins and it kicked my butt. I could barely
move for a couple of days, but I stuck to it, however I did reduce my level down to 5.

Wow! Will work up to this. Right now I have been sitting on the edge of my recliner with feet on v plate for 15 minutes. Have ~80 more lbs to release for goal & use a rollator for walking. But in 2016 was 415 lbs & in a wheelchair.

I'm 69 y/o recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and sarcopenia - 3 yrs post retirement from an extremely physical job which ended when the pandemic hit. YMCA wasn't really helping me. Doctors advice not really helping. Did research online, went into cc debt to buy a low-end Power Plate, and researched a LOT of videos. None offered by the PP people were good (IMHO), and then I found this.
Can't find your name anywhere, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for this total-body workout that feels great afterward! Really gets the lymph and circulation going as well as waking up the muscles. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! ❤

I just ordered a vibration plate and I decided to search and see if there were any workout videos. I love this workout.
I am so glad to have found you! I’ve been using a vibration plate at least 10 minutes a day. I’ve severe osteoporosis and have been riddled with vertebral compression fractures up and down, lumbar to thoracic in various stages of healing. I’m always in pain thus far not taking any meds even for pain. I need to be cautious with my workouts so I’m so glad I can use your programs as a baseline to work off of. Thank you 🙏

Just came upon your channel. I am 63 with lipedema .. yikes. Now I just need the vibration plate.
@elizabethloock1877 I too have lipedema. I bought my plate Feb 24. I noticed less pain, and more energy. There has been no visible difference in my lumps but I am now going to try her workout while on the plate. Been doing the plate 10 min in the morning, then again before bed. Another thing for me DON'T use it after you eat LOL.

This video is very helpful. My mother has hip pain and some spinal degeneration. I would love to see older individuals demonstrating this to see how well they do on the plate.
I’m pretty sure that spinal degeneration is contraindicated. I have osteoarthritis in many joints, so I’ve started slowly. I love it! I also love this routine. Thank you 😊

Hi want to thank you for your video? I’m a great fan of vibration body toning on my fourth machine over the years. I’ve had a hip replacement a stroke but with the vibration machine I think I’m in the best condition. Certainly the happiest I’ve been in forever, thank you for your workout, which I did for the first time this morning, which I found really beneficial And I managed to do it exactly like yourself except the one leg lift couldn’t do that but the rest of it I found easy it was really good. I shall be doing it at my age at 79. I think I take it one day off on one day and I find that’s the most benefit for me. Let you know how I get on , many thanks, Mike Howe

Just found your channel, I have one now, been diagnosed with some chronic illnesses and moving hurts every where all the time. Going to start with this and hopefully have some improvement, medications haven’t worked so fingers crossed
Remember to start slowly. Don’t rush yourself, your body may takes some time to adjust.

I just purchased a vibration machine, which will arrive on Wednesday, August 28th. I'm looking forward to doing this to supplement my daily walking. I've been on a weight loss journey since the end of April. I've lost 28lbs with lots more to go. I'll keep you posted 🙂

@@elignedmovement thanks for ur response! omg! This is amazing. I almost cried with the arm exercise but i stoped after 6. This is gonna be a game changer for me. I felt the after effects in my shoulders last night, had to spray magnesium for the soreness. I'm so ready to go again! 🙌
@@elignedmovement one more thing.. is it safe to place this machine on my carpeted bedroom floor? This way I can place my laptop on the dresser to watch the video. Also I can exercise in peace away from the curious kiddos.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but does it cause your face to kind of fall down if you’re an older lady and have to think about things like that? I know running doesn’t help a face at all and according to my friends’ trainer there’s nothing a facelift can fix for somebody that’s been running long-term, so just wondering how this ranks?

Thank you for your video. Recently bought a vibrating plate and wasn't sure how to get full benefit. You explain so well, it's easy to follow you.
Have read on medical sites not to use the machine more than three times a week but you mention that this 10-minute programme is part of your daily workout - do you use the vibrating plate daily ? Is there a danger in using it often ? I'm 74 with no health issues.

I don’t see why daily is an issue. I won’t be on it if I’ve exercised as there is no need but if I haven’t exercised and I feel like moving I’ll jump on it

Thank you so much for this video. I just bought my vibration plate. But it has so many functions- I am at a loss to know, which function to use while doing this workout? Oscillating? Linear/horizontal? Vibration? 3D? 4D? Help pleeeeeease!!! 🙏🏼

Hello, yesterday I bought a 4 D vibra plate. IT has 3 basic adjustments: horizontal oscillazione, vertical vibration and micro oscillation. IT would be very helpfull to know, which adjustments you took for this workout. Thank you for the answer an greetings from Germany nearby Cologne.

I did your training 4x times now, that commercial only came once but it’s not that good mid training 💜
What about those times when you are ‘chosen’ for a till/trolley check after using self checkout….happened to us many times. We complained about it to Customer Services and it seems to have ceased for now at least..
