Thank you Coach Ali, I'm a really beginner in TRX, but this exercises are perfect selection for me. Yes, it was hard, but it is not impossible to do, so I didn't give up :) I saved for my "sport" videos, I will do till I feel do everything really correctly :)

very nice ecercise except for the dinal one whoch is more like a crunch .. no difference while using the suspension
Correct, the suspension cables just support your table top legs during the last exercise allowing you to relax your lower abs whilst training your upper abs. Thanks for the comment :)
