Excellent workout! An advice about the length of straps for the next exercise would be great. First 10 sec. of exercise i need to change the length and going into right position.

These videos are actual classes which means you should play the video and train to it in real time (try to keep up with the video). You should try not to plan any breaks and rests (or stop the video).
We go hard for 40/45mins then we rest of the rest of the day :) Efficient training!

How many calories can burn this workout
Kristina Margit it really depends on how vigorously you perform the program. How you manage your angles etc.... But it would be reasonable to estimate to 600 to 650 cals 💪✊👍
