    Great question young man. Suspension training in general does not create a negative torsional load on your spine as their is no direct overhead lift (as would be the case with weights) therefore it is one of safest methods of strength training for growing bodies. My daughter is 9 years old and she has been suspension training for 3 years. Whilst physicians advice should be sought prior to taking up any new exercise, in general suspension training will not be a problem at all 😊

    I love your workout series. I have lost 31 lbs in 3 months. I also do a calorie count to help with the weight lost

    hey coach, i'm 14 and i want to know that does this exercise set have a harmful effect on height growth? Please reply sir

      No exercise or too heavy loaded exercises are bad for growth. Every bone has areas specialized in producing new cells allowing growth and strength, and those areas need stimulation by pressure, I mean « natural pressure ». Not enough pressure and they don’t work well, one of the problems of long stays in space for astronauts. Too much pressure creates the same and can even destroy those areas. For those reasons those « body weight » exercises remain in the right amount of pressure and are not an issue for growth. They might even help stimulating it. Best of growth from Israel.
