    The swinging exercice on this video is a killer one! Amazing!
    I just started working out with the rip 60, and i'll be following your 18 vids. When I finish them, i'll go back to the 1st one.
    I've completed the fisrt two and i'm highly motivated and excited to continue!

    I'm coming back from having stopped weight lifting for about 2 months and I'm looking for something new,gonna start with these,they seem good for a newbie ,great job at explaining and showing off the moves

    Hi +Guilherme Vieira, actually we've currently uploaded 30 Rip60 / TRX videos. 18 in your current play list, 6 fast set vids and 6 low anchor vids. Try them all :)
    Also..... I around a month, we'll be release a whole bunch of new suspension routines including 75 new moves that you will not see anywhere else on UA-cam. Enjoy

    Thank you for this. Would you make a similar video about full body TRX DUO for beginners and progressions (including full pull up), orderly sequenced (eg. from fully lengthened to fully shortened or the other way around). Thank you.

    Nice videos thanks,anyway do i need to do all 20mins RIP60 suspension workout from 1 to workout 3 to get all the benefits or i just need select one of those three workout and doing it everyday?

      jimmykoea Hi Jimmy, I've uploaded 15 or 16 vids for RIP60 so far. I recommend doing 2 each time you train. Choose any two that you like. I'll add more vids shortly. I plan on giving you guys around 30 RIP60 workouts to choose from :)

      Hi Kevin, I have over 80 Suspension programs on this channel. Don't limit yourself to doing the same program each day. I recommend picking a different program and doing a new one every day.
